The first floor also includes a cozy dining area with an incredible waterfront vista, a half bath, living room with TV streaming service options, and a DVD player with a selection of movies for nights in. There is a lofted bedroom with an amazing view of the bay from your bed. The bedroom has a full bathroom with walk-shower. Standard linens and toiletries are provided. Wifi, keyless entry, and a washer/dryer are also available for your convenience.

A designated parking spot is located just 1/2 block away and street parking is allowed 5pm to 8am throughout the evening.
