Great little town and nice set up for our family of five to enjoy the weekend. Close location to parks, beaches and sand dunes for ATV riding. Condo was clean, colorful and cute. We enjoyed several meals with the well stocked kitchen. Walking distance to several shops and restaurants.

Everything was just as we hoped. Location allowed us to relax and walk to dinners and wander the local historic area. When we were ready to have adventures the beautiful coastline, parks and sand dunes were no more than a 15-20 min drive.

Old Town Florence Stay

Great location for exploring Old Town Florence wharf, shops, restaurants, coffee/ bakeries all within walking distance! Our stay was comfortable and clean but had many stairs upon entry and another staircase to bedrooms, which was not a problem but a warning for others who may have mobility issues. There is a damp/musty air upon entry and the stairs need cleaning attention. WiFi worked great for our devices but we could not navigate the complicated TV with 5 remotes.

Awesome home!

Great place that has tons of options for activities of all kinds in the nearby area! The home was a fantastic launching spot for sandboarding and ATV time on the dunes, as well as super close to shop for groceries and walk around the neighbourhood. Our family loved the home and place to move and recover from the fun!

Just perfect

This place is super clean, and it is laid out just perfect for my friends and myself. Right smack in the middle of old town, which gives you access to some really great dining, as well as some shopping. We will be back.

Awesome location, clean, kitchen and bathrooms well equipped.

The beds were comfortable. The only issue was the ice machine not being hooked up and making noise constantly. It was very annoying. But I rate the place a 10 over all. We would definitely stay again.

Florence trip

Nice property and located in a very convenient location. Overall very nice but if we wanted to grill, it needed to be a nicer grill. Hide a bed couch is dated but it works. Toilet upstairs runs and nightlight didn't work. We did enjoy the convenience.

Very nice place if you dont like stairs or cant do them then this isnt the place for you. It had everything we needed pots pans dish soap shampoo. The car port was pretty small to get in and out of i have a ford escape. The only thing i didnt like was the shower head its old and out dated need to put in one that you has a hose so you have water pressure. Id rent this place again.

We checked out early,no tv up stairs, stairs we so steep we couldn’t do another day. The entry lock box was hard to work. We never did find the trash containers, even after asking other tenants and painters. We actually cut short our vacation because of what the stairs did to our knees.

Coastal Cove

We loved our stay at Coastal Cove. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained. We really liked being right in the heart of Florence, and yet it was so, so quiet. The kitchen is well-appointed and uncluttered. Our only complaint is the living room furniture. We were unable to sit there because the couch and chair are so old and worn out they hurt our backs. The living room is so light and airy, so attractive, it was a shame not to be able to use it. Highly recommend that management update that furniture. Beyond that, it was great. Sadly, the furniture would mean that we wouldn't stay here again.
