This unique apartment sleeps 5 making it easy to plan your visit.
This lovely century apartment contains 2 full bedrooms with two double beds as well as a living room with sofa bed.
Enter through the main entrance and travel upstairs to the second floor for access to your private apartment.
Inside, you will find two spacious bedrooms, a living room that sleeps 2 and a full bathroom.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 with balcony also has a double bed.
**PLEASE NOTE - long term basement Tenant has access via the main common entrance on main floor to go down to her apartment.
While this is a private apartment, it is not “entirely” private due to the long term tenant and main floor Airbnb unit accessing their space via the main door.
All Airbnb guests do have their own private lock codes on every door which are changed at each turnover.
This rental is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown - several restaurants, shops, bars and live entertainment are at your fingertips!
Budweiser Gardens, Labatt Baseball Park, London Music Hall and the list goes on.

• All pets must be housetrained

• Smoking will result in a $1,000 cleaning fee and immediate eviction with no refund.
📍 No Party Policy
• Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed. We have close relationships with our neighbors, and we respect their rights as homeowners.
• Violations will result in a $1,000 cleaning fee and immediate eviction with no refund.
📍 Check Out
• Please check-out of your suite on time in order to avoid a late check-out fee.
📍 Damage / Missing items
• Any damages or missing items reported by the cleaning team after your stay will be charged accordingly.
