The Space:

Step inside Balay Clearwater and discover a home designed for comfort and relaxation. The open layout seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a welcoming space for gatherings. The living room offers a comfortable spot to unwind, while the dining area is perfect for enjoying meals together. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. Each of the three bedrooms provides a private retreat. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms each offers a queen-size beds (one in the second bedroom and 2 in the third bedroom) and share a full bathroom. Outside, the private backyard pool beckons for refreshing dips and sun-soaked relaxation, and a patio area with outdoor seating invites you to enjoy the Florida sunshine. This single-level home is designed for easy living, offering a perfect blend of indoor and outdoor spaces.



Guest Access:

You will receive access code to the smartlock two days prior your arrival. The entire house is available for guests. Locked cabinets are for housekeeping/owners access only. Free parking is available in the driveway.

You're just a short drive from the famous Clearwater Beach (approximately 15 minutes), known for its soft sands and crystal-clear waters. For dining, explore the diverse options along Gulf to Bay Boulevard, a short drive away, offering everything from casual eateries to upscale restaurants. If you're looking for shopping, the Westfield Countryside Mall is a convenient option, about a 10-minute drive. The neighborhood itself features tree-lined streets, creating a pleasant atmosphere for walks and relaxation. You'll find local parks nearby, perfect for a picnic or enjoying the Florida sunshine. This location provides a great balance of tranquility and access to Clearwater's best offerings.



Getting Around:

Getting around Balay Clearwater is easy! Free parking is available in the driveway. For those flying in, Tampa International Airport (TPA) is about a 30-40 minute drive away. If you prefer public transport, the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) operates bus routes throughout Clearwater and the surrounding areas, though direct routes to the property may vary. Rideshares like Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the area for convenient transportation to local attractions, restaurants, and beaches like Clearwater Beach, which is approximately a 15-minute drive.

• POOL HEATER – Pool temperature depends on outdoor conditions such as air temperature, wind, rain, and season. While the heater significantly increases comfort, specific temperatures cannot be guaranteed, especially during cooler weather.

Please note:

During cold weather or overnight low temperatures, the heater may not be able to reach or maintain higher temperatures (such as 85°F).

Heating the pool can take several hours or even a full day, depending on weather conditions, wind, and initial water temperature.

Heater performance is weather-dependent and cannot be guaranteed during colder days.

If the pool temperature is 20–25°F warmer than the outside temperature, the heater is working properly.
