The Space:

Sunny Groove Oasis is the kind of place where days naturally slow down. You wake up to sunlight coming through the windows, make coffee in the kitchen, and decide the day might just start outside by the heated pool. The living room becomes the gathering spot — someone reads, someone rests, someone scrolls through what beach to visit next — all without hurry.



The primary bedroom features a king bed and a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, offering a quiet place to unwind at the end of the day. Two additional bedrooms also include king beds, and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed, providing comfortable sleeping space for everyone. A second full bathroom sits in a convenient spot for everyone to share.



Meals come together simply in the kitchen, and the dining table is where conversations take their time. Outside, the fenced backyard and private pool create an easy rhythm: swim, sit, relax, repeat. The air is warm, the space is calm, and the days have a way of unfolding gently here. It's a place for being together, taking your time, and enjoying the simple moments that end up being the ones you will always remember.



Guest Access:

You will receive access code to the smartlock two days prior your arrival. The entire house is available for guests. Locked cabinets are for housekeeping/owners access only. Free parking is available in the driveway.

A short drive will take you to the stunning Clearwater Beach, famous for its sugar-white sands and crystal-clear waters. Enjoy a day of sunbathing, swimming, or trying out watersports. For dining, you'll find a variety of options nearby, from casual eateries to upscale restaurants. Explore local shops and boutiques for unique souvenirs or everyday essentials. The neighborhood is known for its friendly atmosphere and convenient access to all that Clearwater has to offer.



Getting Around:

Getting around Sunny Groove Oasis is a breeze. For those arriving by air, the Tampa International Airport (TPA) is approximately a 30-45 minute drive away. St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE) is even closer, just a 20-30 minute drive. You'll find ample free parking on-site, with assigned covered spaces (A4) and uncovered spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. While a car is recommended to fully explore the area, public transportation options are available. The Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) operates bus routes throughout Clearwater, with several stops located within a convenient distance of the property, providing access to local attractions, beaches, and downtown Clearwater. Check the PSTA website for routes and schedules to plan your journeys.
