The Space:
This modern home is ideal for families or groups seeking a balance between comfort and sophistication. Beautifully decorated and fully equipped, it accommodates up to 10 guests. The development offers shared amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, game room, work area, and BBQ space — all designed to make your stay as relaxing as it is enjoyable.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the shared facilities at Vista Natura, including the pool, gym, game room, and co-working area. Complimentary access to a nearby beach club is also included, providing the perfect spot to enjoy the sea and sun.

The Neighborhood:
Vista Natura is set within Flamingos, one of Nuevo Vallarta’s most sought-after residential areas. It offers a peaceful atmosphere just steps from the ocean, surrounded by golf courses, fine dining, and boutique shopping — ideal for those seeking a refined coastal experience.

Getting Around:
We recommend getting around by car, taxi, or private transport such as Uber. Everything you need — beaches, restaurants, and stores — is just a short drive away.

Other Things to Note:
Suitable for children (2-12 years old) Enter and leave the property at the times indicated for check-in and check-out. Always treat service staff with respect and dignity. Immediately report any damage or incident on the property. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas. After 10 p.m., loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation. Eating in the pool area is not allowed. Do not bring food into the bedrooms. Do not climb on the couches with shoes on. Check-in from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. From 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. there is a charge of $500 pesos. Check-out at 11 a.m. Families welcome. Groups of friends with a minimum age of 28 years. Maximum capacity 10 people including minors. We do not accept more than 10 people. No pets. Electricity: 100 KWH per night included in the price. Additional KWH $6 pesos.
For stays longer than one week, mandatory cleaning by our staff $800 pesos. The customer must provide cleaning products.

Interaction with Guests:
You will be received by the host, who will hand you the keys personally.
You’ll have complete privacy in the house during your stay. Should you need anything, please let us know. We’re available 7 days a week.
