What to Know Before You Book
We want every guest to love their stay! Here are a few things to keep in mind so you know exactly what to expect:

Nature-Focused Beach. The beach here is peaceful and quiet — perfect for walks, shells, and wildlife (deer, crabs, and dolphins are common!). It’s a tidal beach, great for exploring far out during low tide, so it’s not always ideal for swimming.

Relaxed Location. The resort sits in a quiet, family-friendly area on the north end of Hilton Head. Shops and restaurants are about a 10–20 minute drive away — ideal if you prefer a calm retreat over a bustling tourist spot.

Beach & Pool Access. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the condo, and there are multiple pools and tennis courts available.

Parking
- Parking fee is $25 per stay, collected by the resort, payable by credit card only (not our fee).
- 2nd vehicle is an additional $25 per stay.

We find that guests who come for the peace, wildlife, and natural beauty absolutely love it here — if that sounds like you, you’ll feel right at home.

Getting Around
Hilton Head is famous for its dedicated bike trails, offering a scenic way to explore the island, and the trail connects directly to the Spa resort. Mike's Bikes is <1 mile away & delivers rentals, as do most bike rental companies across the island.

House Rules
Please be respectful to the condo & the resort. This is a family-owned residence that we're excited to share with you. While we do not live on-site, we will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

- Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Nearby airport. Guests will occasionally hear planes at takeoff / landing.
- No Smoking. This is a no-smoking residence, including the porch. Smoking subject to a $500 fine per incident. Please respect our home.
- No Pets. Resort has a strict no-pet policy. Fines apply.
- No Watercraft. Parking with any watercraft is not permitted - no boats, kayaks, jet skis, canoes, etc.

- NOTE: Resort has no elevators. Condo is on the second floor, so you'll need to climb a flight of stairs to access the unit.

- NOTE: Port Royal Sound is NOT a classical swimming beach, but there are many public access swimming beaches within a short drive.
