• Event fees vary depending on the type of event, guest count, and how long the event will last.
• Cleanup fees will also apply for any event to cover the cost of preparing and restoring the space.
• Unauthorized events or parties held without prior approval will result in additional charges and possible cancellation of the reservation.
• Noise levels must remain respectful of neighbors, and all event guests must leave by the agreed-upon quiet hours.
• The booking guest is responsible for any damages, excessive cleaning, or violations of these terms.

Howdy, y’all! Once upon a time, this good-lookin’ barn sheltered horses, llamas, goats, cows, kittens, and puppies. Later, it became a cozy country market filled with the smell of home-cooked meals made by someone who simply loved cookin’ for others. And now, it’s saddled up for its next chapter — The Cowboy Bunkhouse!

This one-of-a-kind stay combines rustic soul and modern comfort:
• Two queen-size beds dressed in cozy western style
• A full bathroom with a walk-in shower
• A utility room with washer & dryer
• A full industrial kitchen for your cowboy-chef dreams
• Antique touches, warm lighting & plenty of country character throughout
