Fourth bedroom has two bunk beds, with both bunks having a double bed on the bottom and twin beds on top. Patio furniture galore on the deck and around the private pool. Three parking spaces, one in the garage and two in the driveway. 20 Broad View Lane has easy beach access just minutes away. Walk, bike or drive to the beach. Plenty of parking at the Town of Hilton Head beach park at Folly Field. Just minutes from the home are many shops and restaurants. Publix and Kroger are just around the corner.  Old Oyster Factory is great for lunch, Happy Hour, or dinner, and you can rent and launch kayaks and paddle boards directly from their launch pad on Broad Creek. In Shelter Cove, you will also find shops and restaurants, and there is a nightclub upstairs at Poseidon for those who like to dance the night away. Movie theatre is nearby with ten theaters showing new releases. The Town of Hilton Head Chaplain Park has free tennis and basketball courts and soccer fields just minutes away. Port Royal Golf courses are just as close with the Port Royal Racquet Club open to the public with plenty of tennis and pickle ball courts. There are now indoor pickle ball courts nearby too. Enjoy Plantation Cafe for brunch or Paris Baguette for amazing pastries and coffee.
