Welcome to this unique mirror house retreat at Lake Bastrop South Shore Park, designed with a nature and forest-inspired theme to help you reconnect, recharge, and feel grounded in the beauty around you.



Tucked inside the peaceful serenity of Lake Bastrop, this mirror house is a 221 sq ft haven designed for couples, solo adventurers, or small families looking for a unique stay in nature. Its mirrored exterior blends into the trees, offering privacy and breathtaking views from every angle.



Inside, you’ll enjoy:

* Queen memory foam bed

* Full bathroom with walk-in shower

* Dining table for two

* HVAC for year-round comfort

* TV, DVD player, board games, record player & outdoor games

* Coffee makers (with coffee!), pots, pans, plates, wine glasses

* Mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and 2-top electric stove



Step outside for your own private:

* Propane fire pit (1 propane tank provided)

* Charcoal grill (charcoal not provided)

* Outdoor seating area under the stars

* Private plunge pool/wood-fired hot tub (1 bundle of wood provided)



We recommend bringing seasoned firewood or extra propane if you plan to use more. Firewood is also available at the camp store daily from 8 AM to 5 PM.



Pet-friendly 🐾 ($39 per pet per stay). Please register all pets during booking to avoid extra charges.



When you’re ready to explore, Lake Bastrop offers kayaking, paddleboarding, hiking, biking, fishing, mini golf, and more—all just steps away. Guests also enjoy free entry into the park and other local parks by LCRA Parks with their booking.



This Nordic-inspired plunge pool and hot tub, crafted in Estonia, offers a more natural experience—without chemicals or jets. Each tub is freshly drained, cleaned, and refilled with water for every guest. It can be enjoyed as a refreshing plunge pool or heated using nearby firewood and starter provided.



Please note: the tub cannot be preheated before arrival due to varying check-in times.

Located inside the campground at South Shore Park, the cabin is tucked into the woods for privacy but still near other overnight guests.

1. Do birds fly into it? No. A special UV film makes the structure visible to birds while invisible to humans.

2. Can you see inside at night? Yes, but the cabin is secluded and has curtains for privacy.
