Short uber or scooter anywhere downtown.

Other Things to Note:
We are off a busy road so you will hear ambulances and motorcycles. We provide noise machines and large black out curtains to help with the noise! Please make sure your group is comfortable with the space. Just because we allow 14 does not mean your group will fit comfortable. Each group is different.

Check Out instructions
1. Beds - Please strip all used beds or leave them unmade. If you choose to strip the bed, place the sheets on the mattress or in the laundry basket (if provided).
2. Dishes - Ensure all dishes are washed. Running the dishwasher is perfectly acceptable; just make sure to remove any food from the dishes before starting it.
3. Trash - Gather and throw away all trash. Extra trash bags are located at the bottom of the trash can. Please leave any large boxes that are too big for the chute in the unit.
4. Refrigerator - Dispose of any leftover food in the refrigerator. Our cleaners will take any unopened food, beer, or water.
5. Towels (Optional but Appreciated) - If possible, please start a load of used towels in the washer. Use bleach and laundry detergent and run the washer on hot. ONLY WASH WHITE TOWELS, NOT the black make up towels.

House Rules
1. Strictly no unauthorized parties or events. Violations will result in a $500 fine. Additionally, local authorities will be notified, potentially leading to the host's arrest.
2. No smoking inside the house. If smoking is detected, a $200 cleaning fee will be charged, and you will receive a 1-star review.
3. No unauthorized pets are allowed. Bringing in pets without prior approval will result in a $100 fee.
4. Do not reset the Eco Bee thermostat. Any unauthorized changes to the thermostat settings will incur a $100 fee.
5. Please treat our home with respect and care. Any damages or excessive cleaning required beyond normal use may result in additional charges.
6. Please observe quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM to respect our neighbors.
7. Check-in time is after 4 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Please adhere to these times unless otherwise arranged.
8. The maximum occupancy is 16 guests. Exceeding this limit without prior approval will result in additional fees.
