This 3 story townhome is perfect for your family getaway! The ground floor has a 2 car garage (parking in tandem) and room for 1 vehicle just outside the garage door. (3 total vehicles). Please note that the garage is not suitable for large & oversized trucks and vans. The entryway to the condo features a great bench and closet for preparing to head out for your adventures day with coats, shoes and ski/snowboard boots!

The 2nd story of this condo is the main hub featuring the open concept fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. The TV is a smart TV allowing you to view your own streaming apps. The bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds and complete with ensuite bathroom is right here to keep track of the kiddos in the evening. Along with the laundry closet (stackable washer/dryer) and 1/2 bathroom.

The 3rd floor of this condo has the master bedroom with King bed, large 55"TV allowing you to view your own streaming apps. Complete with an oversized ensuite bathroom jetted tub and separate shower. The Treasury Point Condos are located approximately 150 yards to the West Wall Lodge Lift. Easy walk or you can jump on the free shuttle bus (runs every 30 minutes in the winter) and ride to access this lift or ride it all the way to the main base area to access the Red Lady Express or Silver Queen Lifts. In the summer, it's an easy walk or ride to the lifts or the Recreational Path that can get you to the Town of CB or on your way into the mountains! There is a common area outdoor hot tub that has gorgeous views!
