Whether you're planning an extended beach getaway or a working vacation, you'll appreciate the dedicated office space that lets you stay productive without sacrificing paradise. When you're ready to unwind, soak up the sun by the pool, relax in the hot tub, or step right onto the soft sands of Indian Shores—just moments from your door. Kitchen: A massive modern kitchen with everything you could need. Stainless steel appliances such as a refrigerator and freezer, a countertop stove, a built-in oven, a convection oven, a warming drawer, a built-in coffee machine, a wine fridge, a Keurig, a Kitchen aid mixer, and 3 stools at the breakfast bar. Quality dishes, silverware, cookware, and bakeware are provided.
Dining Area: Glass dining table overlooking two large windows over the beach, with plenty of comfortable seating for 8. An outdoor dining table sits on the balcony that seats 6.
Living Area: A large sectional sofa, coffee table, Smart TV, ceiling fan, built-in cabinets with a wet bar, and sliding glass doors that take you out to the ocean-facing balcony.
Second Living Area: Plenty of seating options with a couch and two nest sitting chairs in front of a beautiful stone fireplace, a sitting area surrounding a coffee table with 4 seats, and a lounger overlooking the amazing Gulf views.
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom boasts a comfortable King-size bed, a wall-mounted Smart TV, floating end tables, a luggage rack, a ceiling fan, a full-length mirror, an ocean-facing balcony with sun loungers, and a massive en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Floating double-vanity sink, a water closet, a standing shower with detachable shower attachment, and a soaking tub.
Bedroom #2: A King-size bed, end tables with table lamps, a dresser, a wardrobe, two sitting chairs, a luggage rack, a ceiling fan, access to two balconies, one overlooking Gulf Blvd and the other with a partial view of the Gulf, and an en-suite bathroom.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No unauthorized pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Pet Policy: We can accept 1 small dog ONLY that weighs 20 pounds or less in this rental. A non-refundable pet fee of $175 + tax per pet is required. Cats are not allowed. Requests for larger dogs must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, beach, pool area, or pool. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: Dedicated garage for 1 smaller vehicle. Parking in the garage is very tight; larger trucks will not fit. 2 extra outdoor parking spaces, first come first serve.

Within the quaint town of Indian Shores, you will find some of the best local restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee shops, and local beachwear shops, as well as fiery sunsets. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, pristine beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US. Just to the North is the cute town of Indian Rocks Beach, featuring many local shops and stops. McGough Nature Park is just over the main bridge, Walsingham Bridge, and the park features wildlife such as owls, bald eagles, hawks, turtles, and more. Walking trails, a playground with a zipline, shelter houses, and restrooms. Local orange store Yellowbanks is just up the road from this park; it has Florida-grown citrus, juices, and fresh orange ice cream. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and Downtown Disney are just two hours away.
