Sleeping arrangements

Four themed bedrooms host a total of six beds: the Beach Queens room offers two queen beds, Sky provides a king bed, Purpink features a bunk bed twin over full, and Color Circle includes another king bed. Two bathrooms are equipped with bathroom essentials and hot water for the group.



Indoor living

The spacious living area encourages conversation or quiet moments, while the adjoining game room adds a playful edge with a pool table, foosball table, poker table, and arcade machines that overlook the backyard. A flat‑screen TV and a dedicated workspace give you options for entertainment and productivity. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the interior comfortable year‑round.



Kitchen & dining

A large full kitchen with stainless‑steel appliances lets you prepare meals with ease, and the adjacent indoor‑outdoor dining space flows naturally for shared meals and casual snacks.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a private pool framed by comfortable outdoor furniture, a fire pit, and an outdoor bar with a minifridge. A putting green adds a fun activity for all ages, and the fenced backyard offers a safe spot for pets to roam. Free parking on the premises and additional street parking are available for your convenience.

The home includes a washer and dryer, wifi, essential linens, extra pillows and blankets, and ample clothing storage. Families will appreciate the pack‑n‑play/travel crib and high chair. A smart lock enables easy self‑check‑in, and the property is pet‑friendly, welcoming longer stays.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home!



Getting Around:

Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
