Guests have full access to the entire home and private dock.

Please note: the boat at the dock belongs to the owner and isn’t available for guest use. Guests are welcome to rent a boat and dock it during their stay.

Swim at your own risk. A reminder sign is posted on the dock.
The boat at the dock belongs to the owner and is not available for guest use.
Guests are welcome to rent a boat locally and dock it during their stay.
⭐️ Loft
The loft is open to the living room below.
A privacy curtain is available and can be drawn when needed.
⭐️ Pets & Service Animals
No pets allowed.
Service animals must be disclosed in advance (emotional support animals do not qualify).
Service animals are permitted downstairs only (separate entrance).
No animals allowed on the main level or in the king bedroom due to severe allergies.
Unauthorized animals will incur a $300 cleaning/allergy fee.
⭐️ Accessibility
Not wheelchair accessible.
Stairs are required both inside the home and down to the water.
⭐️ Main Shower (Dual Head)
Hot and cold controls are reversed: turn the handle toward cold for hot water, and toward hot for cold water.
Please allow ~1 minute for hot water to reach the shower.
⭐️ Firewood
Firewood is provided for the fire pit.
Please limit usage to 10–15 logs per stay.
⭐️ Driveway & Parking
Driveway sits on a slight hill and may be slick when wet.
Parking for 2–3 cars near the fence, plus 2 additional spaces along the long driveway.
Maximum 5 vehicles total.
⭐️ Trash Collection
Bag all trash and place in the black trash shed at the top of the driveway (inside are 2 large cans).
Wednesday night: roll cans to the street for Thursday pickup.
After collection, return cans to the shed.
For holidays or longer stays: overflow cans are in the garden shed at the bottom of the driveway. Bring bags up Wednesday night to avoid a cleaner’s fee.

Perfect base for World Cup 2026 fans or teams visiting the area! Only 50 miles from Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
⭐️ General Rules

- A maximum of 11 guests allowed on the property; all guests must be registered at booking.
- Visitors must be disclosed in advance and approved by the host; unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.
- No smoking or vaping indoors or near doors/windows.
- No weapons or illegal substances allowed on the property.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM.
- No parties, loud music, glitter, or confetti. Be respectful of neighbors.
- No commercial photography or filming without prior approval.

⭐️Pets & Service Animals

- No pets allowed.
- Service animals must be disclosed in advance (emotional support animals are not considered service animals).
- Service animals are permitted downstairs only (separate entrance).
- No animals are allowed on the main level or in the king bedroom due to allergies.
- Undisclosed animals or evidence of pets will result in a $300 fee.

⭐️Safety & Property Use

- Swim at your own risk. Always supervise children near the water.
- The boat parked at the dock is for owner use only and not available to guests.
- Guests may rent a boat and dock it during their stay.
- Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
- Use fire pits and grills safely. Turn off the gas and ensure fires are fully out before leaving unattended.
- Do not move or remove furniture, décor, or indoor items outdoors.

⭐️Parking

- Parking for up to 5 vehicles only: 2–3 near the fence and 2 more along the driveway.
- Do not park in front of neighboring homes.

⭐️Trash

- Follow posted trash instructions. Bag all trash and take it to the black shed at the top of the driveway.
- On Wednesday nights, roll cans to the curb for Thursday pickup and return them afterward.
- Avoid leaving loose trash outside, or extra fees may apply.

⭐️Accessibility

- The property is not wheelchair accessible and includes stairs to both the home and the water.

⭐️Check-Out

- Check-out is 10:00 AM unless pre-approved.
- A late fee applies for check-outs past 10:30 AM.
- Please follow check-out steps in the House Guide to avoid additional fees.
