Newly renovated and full of charm, Northville A-Frame is a cozy rural retreat perfect for families. Enjoy a bright open living space, cozy wood stove, and modern comforts throughout. Explore nearby hiking and biking trails and ski mountains, or stroll through the nearby village and browse unique shops full of Adirondack wares. Grill up some dinner outside and relax by the fire pit or cook in our fully stocked kitchen with family-friendly amenities such as high chair and pack 'n play available.
We have a local property management company on call 24/7 so please feel free to reach out at any time for assistance.

First floor: Bedroom 1 with queen bed, bedroom 2 with 2 twin beds and 2 pull out trundle twin beds, living area with twin day bed and TV, full bathroom with stand up shower, laundry area with washer and dryer available for guest use.
Second floor: Kitchen stocked with all basic cooking amenities, bright and sunny living room with TV and games, dining area with bench-style dining table, second full bathroom with regular bath tub (clean towels, soaps, shampoo, and conditioner provided.) We provide a high chair, pack 'n play, games and coloring books for your convenience if traveling with little ones!
Third floor/loft: Third loft-style bedroom with full size bed.
Clean sheets and blankets provided for our guests as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
Outdoor space: propane grill and wood fire pit available for guest use. 2 bicycles and picnic table available.
This is a rural area and therefore car dependent. Uber is sometimes available but tends to be very limited.
PLEASE NOTE:
** YOU MUST HAVE 4 WHEEL OR ALL WHEEL DRIVE IN THE WINTER MONTHS** the driveway is steep and 2 wheel drive will NOT make it up when there is ice and snow. A local plow company plows and salts the driveway but please understand that this is a rural area and we get a lot of snow in the winter; plowing is not immediate during snow storms so please plan accordingly- you may be "snowed in" for a period during instances of significant snowfall.
** 1 FULL FLIGHT OF STAIRS IS REQUIRED TO ACCESS THE LIVING AREA AND KITCHEN. This may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues or the elderly.
** DOCK USAGE DEPENDS ON WATER LEVELS; please be aware that the Great Sacandaga Lake is a reservoir and water levels change rapidly. It is the guests responsibility to check levels online before arrival; please understand that we cannot guarantee adequate water levels for docking or beach access. The lake is typically very high in spring and very low by September.
** HOT TUB IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR GUEST USE. **
