Gemütliche, saubere und komfortable 3-Zimmer Adirondack Wochenende auf einer Doppel-Grundstück in einer privaten Entwicklung an der Hauptstraße gelegen. Kurzer Fußweg zu einem Sandstrand mit Berg-und Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Schwimmen, Angeln in einer ruhigen Bucht, ideal für Kinder.
Das Haus ist komplett mit Sofagarnitur, Fernseher mit Flachbildschirm an sonnigen Veranda mit Fenstern rundum ausgestattet. Sofa und Sessel im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf Kamin. Die voll ausgestattete Küche mit Frühstücksbar umfasst Töpfe und Pfannen, Mikrowelle, Besteck, Kochutensilien usw. Der Essbereich neben der Frühstücksbar umfasst einen Tisch mit vier Stühlen. Haupt-Schlafzimmer hat ein neues Queen-Size-Matratze mit Kommode. Zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett mit Kommode. Dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein Etagenbett mit Kommode. Großschirme Terrasse mit Grill und Gartenmöbeln. Das Haus hat knorrigen Kiefern Interieur mit einem echten Bergland Gefühl. Klimaanlage vorhanden.

Beautiful cabin!

We had a great stay in this cabin! Not only was it beautiful, but there was plenty to do. It was also very clean and well kept. Michelle is a wonderful host and made check in very easy. I hope to be back soon!

Comfortable & affordable summer rental!

I was very pleased with my stay at this cottage! All descriptions and pictures accurately showed what the house is like -- very comfortable and in a great location. My 2 children and I really loved the beach access in the secluded cove. All the neighbors are very friendly to renters, we had a great vacation. Would definitely recommend this spot!

Good location

Good location and nice to have some beach access. Plentiful clean towels and linens. Bathroom/shower is very small. Would stay here again if price was right.

Cozy cottage

This house is cozy and comfortable. All our needs were met while we visited the area for a family weekend get together. The porch is enclosed but large and comfortable. We also enjoyed the open deck for coffee in the morning. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We hope to return next summer.

Had a lot of fun on my trip to the Adirondacks with my friends. The place is amazing with the comfy and entertaining sun room. The kitchen was well equipped except that the dish washer wasn’t working. The neighborhood is quiet with a short walk to the lake. The heating system doesn’t work very well outside of the main bedroom and the bedrooms layouts is quite inconvenient. But overall, it was a pleasant stay.

So much fun

The beach was great. The community was perfect. We loved the cabin. My 3 year old called it the grandma house because it felt like being at grandma's house. I spent summers at the lake as a kid and this home away from home gave me the opportunity to share with my kids the great times I miss so much. Thank you

Nice location on Great Sacandaga Lake

Pros: Great location ( close to Northville) easy access to beach but you need to have your own kayak or paddle board - not much room to do anything other than launch out or sit and have a snack friendly, quiet community, House was clean Cons: kitchen and bath need updating No wifi or dishwasher ( out of order) Sunroom was clean but had an odor making it unpleasant to sit in.

Had I known about the lake access ahead of time I might not have rented home

Did not like to have to walk thru all three bedrooms, bathroom very small. Did not like lake access, it was very confusing. Not a lot of room at lake. Neighbor parked his truck and atv right in front of where our chairs were. Lake area was disappointing. House was clean. Took a while for owner to respond back to me about the beach area and how far away the stores where located. Northville was a cute little town with a lot of antiques.

Sorry to hear your stay wasn't what you expected. I apologize that the neighbor didn't respect the beach, he has since sold the house and I don't expect that to be a problem in the future. The lake tends to become very crowded in early July and with the water levels much higher this season I can see that you didn't get the normal beach experience. I hope it doesn't turn you away from the lake over all cause it's such a wonderful place to vacation. Thank you for your review.

A peaceful getaway!

This is definitely a favorite! Very peaceful and has all the comfort items you are looking for in a getaway. Furniture was clean and comfortable. We stayed here as we visited family in nearby towns and it fit the need to have family over for dinner as well as a hideaway after spending time with family :) Looking forward to returning in the future.

Friends Reunion

My daughter & I met up with friends for a summer weekend. Was perfect for the five of us! House very clean, deck is beautiful, (bring charcoal), enclosed porch/TV/game room perfect for teens, window a/c’s in most of the rooms, plenty of beach towels and bath towels available, bunk bedrooms is first in line of rooms, then the queen and then the king room. Connecting bedrooms wasn’t an issue for us b/c we were mostly at the beach and then so tired from sun/swimming at night that we all crashed at the same time. Kitchen had dishes, pots/pans, big pot for corn, most kitchen utensils & some pantry staples. There is a dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven & Mr. Coffee maker in the kitchen. Beach is an easy walk from the house on neighborhood road. Neighbors are lovely, beach was plenty big for us and had a great swimming area!! We would absolutely stay again!!! Lovely space on land and down my the water.

This stay was perfect for our family: a short walk to beach access, a big yard to play, plenty of room inside, and many aspects of our stay taken care of for us (towels, sheets, etc,). It was a wonderful way to end the summer.

Northville cottage

The two big rooms was awkward because they are connected. The place was very spacious and accompanied all our needs. There is actually no Wi-Fi but the direct tv and dvd player did suffice. The deck was perfect for card games and the lake access was confusing at first but was good just wish I bought tubes to float out on before all the stores were sold out

Everything was very nice. However, there is no WiFi. Also, we were unable to access the Direct TV as there were no instructions as to how to configure the system between the DVD player vs. TV.

I grew up coming to the lake with my family for the summers and eventually was fortunate enough to get my own place. My grandparents were the first in my family to discover the lake and my mother and aunts have all kept the tradition of summers on the Sacandaga going for their families. I would like to do the same for my family.

It's peaceful, pretty and cozy. Neat clean and self contained. Private setting with lovely trees and lawn with seasonal views of the lake. Off the beaten path on a dirt road with not a lot of traffic except for other residents. Safe for children. Easy access to town and stores. Bring a canoe, kayak or paddle board and spend the day exploring the nearby Kenyon islands. Motor boats welcome easy access to state boat launch. Bike riding, walking or running. You name it you pretty much have it here.

Sandy beach with beautiful views of the mountains and the sunsets. Facing west so you have all day sun. Summer days are endless here off of Seven Hills Road. This is truly a beautiful place.
