Welcome to your perfect beach getaway on Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida! Dock Holiday is a charming 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome that perfectly blends comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.

Tucked away in a peaceful community, you'll have access to a shared sun deck and dock—perfect for fishing, launching kayaks, or simply taking in the beautiful harbor views. When it's time for the beach, the sugar-white sands are just a short walk away through a private gated access, making it easy to spend your days by the waves.

⭐The ground level includes a one-car garage, an additional assigned parking space, and a bonus storage area—ideal for storing beach gear or relaxing after a day on the water. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

⭐On the second floor, you'll find a newly upadated open-concept living space with a bright kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room with a sofa sleeper, plus a convenient half bath. Catch the morning sunrise from the living room balcony and enjoy your fresh cup of coffee while taking in the fresh breeze.

⭐The third floor features two private bedrooms. The primary suite offers a plush king bed, en-suite bath, and a peaceful retreat after a day in the sun. The guest room includes a full-size bed, child-size bunk beds, and its own en-suite bath, with a tub/shower combo—perfect for families with little ones. You also have balcony access. Please note: smoking is not allowed on the balconies. Both bedrooms include smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows. In total, this home will accommodate 6 guest.

Whether you're casting a line off the dock, exploring Destin's vibrant harbor, or unwinding after a beach day, Dock Holiday offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay on the coast.

⚠️Please note: Baby gates are not provided. Guest supervision around docks and water is required and is the responsibility of the guest, not the homeowner or management. Please note that the sundeck, docks and waterfront areas are shared spaces with other owners and guests of Laguna Point. The transient dock may be used for boat pick-up and drop-off only — no overnight boat parking is permitted. Kayaks, paddleboards, and jet skis are welcome for daily use, but overnight storage at the dock or water's edge is not allowed. Thank you for being considerate of others and helping us keep the shared areas enjoyable for everyone!

GUEST ACCESS
⭐ You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.

STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply a limited number of bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.

Wi-Fi
⭐ The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.

PARKING
⭐ Parking is available in the one car covered garage with height restrictions to 81" high and 106 wide. You will also have one assigned parking space. 2 parking spaces total. Trailers, boats, campers are not allowed.

BEACH SERVICE
⭐ We do not provide beachside chair service. Please feel free to google this for daily beachside chair and umbrella services for Holiday Isle.

DOCK / WATER / SUNDECK ACCESS:
⭐ Please note that the sundeck, docks and waterfront areas are shared spaces with other owners and guests of Laguna Point. The transient dock may be used for boat pick-up and drop-off only — no overnight boat parking is permitted. Kayaks, paddleboards, and jet skis are welcome for daily use, but overnight storage at the dock or water's edge is not allowed. GOLF CART
⭐ This condo does not come with a golf cart. Please note: Outside golf cart/scooter rentals must be street legal.

SECURITY
⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera. The community may have cameras throughout the grounds. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host, we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
⭐ The kitchen has a Fully equipped refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher under the sink.

SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents and understand the beach flags!
