Perfekt für Familienzusammenführung - 2 separate Einheiten im Haus.
Diese Beach House Einheit ist sauber und komfortabel. Sicherer Zugang für Ihre Kinder zum Strand, da keine Straßen zu überqueren sind. Ihre Familie ist in zwei Minuten am Strand. Der Strand ist während der Spitzenzeiten überwacht. Genießen Sie die Schönheit des 13 km langen unberührten Strandes. Tolles Angeln und Surfen nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Tolle Meeresbrise oben in diesem Haus. Drei Schlafzimmer, Dusche und Bad. Gasgrill. Völlig privat und in sich geschlossen. Diese Einheit war das ursprüngliche Haus. Die Einheit ist die Spitze des Hauses - völlig eigenständig. Separater Eingang, separate Wäsche, separates Warmwasser und völlig unabhängig von der anderen Einheit. Dieses Gerät ist das ursprüngliche Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern.
Ein großartiges Urlaubsziel, in dem Familienerinnerungen beginnen.

Exceptional accommodation and location

My son and I stayed here for three nights recently. The property was clean and well appointed, with all the facilities you need for a short stay. The location is superb being only a short stroll across the dunes to South Broulee beach. I would definitely recommend this property for a holiday with the family.

Seaside getaway

Decor was dated but the house was clean. New airconditioning a bonus. Excellent position, short walk to the beach. Supermarket and bottle shop very close.

By having up and down you can enjoy a holiday with family and friends without living with them! Lovely light 3brm property right near the beach

We had a lovely stay at the property which was very spacious for our family and filled with light. It was modern and well kitted out with every need catered for. Ian was in contact to ensure we had a good stay and went out of his way to be helpful. Proximity to the beach was the high point, including a patrolled beach for the kids. It's a lovely spot and we would be very happy to stay there again for a long weekend or even a longer stay.

We'll be back!!

We loved our stay at 'Surf's Up". This recently renovated property is clean and comfortable (especially the beds) and has everything you need. The location is perfect -- a stone's throw from South Broulee beach, and a short walk to shops, North Broulee Beach, Broulee island and the nature walk to Bengello beach. Ian is a fantastic host and communicates well, he even helped us get some fresh Flathead from a local fisherman! We have already booked out next stay......

Beautiful place in a beautiful place

We loved our stay in this property, and would highly recommend. Upstairs flat, but super quiet. Ian was the perfect host - helpful and available, but never intrusive. The location was perfect - right near the entrance to the beach, and in a quiet spot in the village. There was plenty of space for everyone to stay, and all the amenities we needed. We had an easy bike ride to the shops. I'd recommend the downstairs property if you have prams or accessibility issues, but this newly renovated upstairs location was beautifully done, and really comfortable for the family of five. One of the best properties in the area!

Wonderful place for our bookclub get together

We couldn’t have picked a better spot. Walks and talks along the beach and around the island - even managed a swim. Enough room for our small group and great little bbq out the back. It is the top half of a house but very quiet and private. Parking fantastic. We felt very lucky - everything was fresh and new - just renovated. It was surprisingly cold for summer but there were plenty of blankets and aircon to make it cosy. Internet was fast (which was a Godsend). Beds very comfortable for our Muddie aged bones. We will make this an annual event. Thanks ian - you are a wonderful host

Nice and close to beach, price was a bit high for what it was but for a last minute booking in peak period Ian was great to deal with and secured the booking for us with very short notice.

Dear Elle, so pleased you had an enjoyable and hassle-free stay in the Beach House Villa. It was a please to be able to rearrange bookings to fit you in for the two days. You had terrible weather for those days. I agree the cost of your two-day stay was much higher than normal but please understand that these two days were at the peak time of the New Year holiday season. With the flat Covid cleaning cost and booking agent fees spread over only two days the daily charge for the very short stay was much higher than for my other holiday guests. I know you will find for your next three-day holiday break later in the year value for money and memorable. Looking forward to seeing you later in the year. Thank you for taking care of my Beach House Villa, you were considerate and caring holidaymakers.

Lovely stay at broulee

We had an awesome time. With the house only being 1 minutes walk to the beach. Had everything we needed. Kids had an awesome time. Ian was very easy to communicate with. Everything was super easy.Will definitely be staying again next year.

Broulee beach house

The house was comfortable and had everything we could want, and so lovely so close to the beach. It was nice to be in a small quiet town, but close enough to drive to Morula and Batemans Bay for shopping. Ian was a very considerate host, ensuring all went well. Thank you Ian.

Dear Tanya, I am excited to hear that you had an enjoyable holiday. The weather was shocking for you, Broulee is normally sunny and hot during this time of the year. When I heard about the rain I was so pleased I installed just before you arrived the big tv and the internet. I am sure Netflix would have had a bit of a workout. Thank you for your positive feedback on the villa. Next year for your stay the weather will be beautiful one day and perfect for the week; there will be no time to watch cricket and movies on tv it will all be about the surf and sand.

We had a great stay in the top unit. Enjoyed the quiet location and listening waves from beach only a 2 min walk away. Enjoyed that the house was fully furnished. Fridge works really well as does bbq. Only had to bring pillows/bedding. Only small things would be maybe it needed an aircon in the summer hot days. And clearer advertising that it’s a double story house as we believed we had rented a full house to ourselves not that it really bothered us anyway. The owner is a great communicator ringing us from his holiday to check that we’d settled in ok. Any minor maintence issues are quickly resolved.

I am very pleased you had a great holiday. Thank you for your response. I agree about the heat this year; it was stifling In the past I resisted adding insulation, but I now see it is vital for a relaxing holiday. I am going to re-roof the premises, so I can install the highest rated roof insulation. With the new fans and the new roof insulation, I feel the unit will be a comfortable temperature next summer. Secondly, I agree the description of the Unit was ambiguous. I have taken your advice and made it clear that the accommodation is the top of the house. Thank you again for your feedback.
