✔ The cabin includes 1.5 bathrooms — a full upstairs bath with tub/shower combo and a downstairs half bath near the game room. Fresh towels and starter toiletries are provided. The washer/dryer is available in the downstairs bathroom closet for longer stays.

** Guest Access **
✔ You'll have full, private access to the entire cabin — no shared spaces, no interruptions.

✔ Parking — Designated parking is available right in front of the cabin for easy arrivals and departures.

✔ Arrival & Entry — Access the cabin through a private entrance via a secure Schlage keypad. Your personalized entry code will be sent 24 hours before check-in. To lock up when you head out, simply press the lock button on the keypad.

✔ The Full Cabin — All spaces are yours: the living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, king bedroom, loft jacuzzi, private deck with hot tub, and both bathrooms. Check your booking confirmation for check-in and check-out times.

** Other things to note **
✔ Getting Here — Detailed driving directions will be sent 48 hours before your stay. The cabin is accessed via a paved asphalt road with a gentle incline (approx. 0.1 mile). Standard 2WD vehicles handle it fine in typical conditions; 4WD/AWD is recommended during winter or inclement weather. We want your arrival to be smooth and stress-free!

✔ Wildlife — One of the greatest joys of the Smoky Mountains is sharing the landscape with incredible wildlife, including black bears. Sightings are a special treat — and a good reminder that we're guests in their home. We provide clear instructions at check-in on safely securing food and trash to keep everyone protected.

✔ Pet Policy — To ensure a comfortable, allergy-free experience for all guests, we maintain a strict no-pets policy. We do reasonably accommodate service animals as defined by the ADA — if you're traveling with one, please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

✔ Age Requirement — To ensure a respectful environment for our property and neighbors, the primary guest booking the reservation must be at least 21 years old and present throughout the stay.
