Sleeping Layout & Accessibility Considerations:
The Comfy Coyote includes one sleeping area on the main floor that is a converted garage/game room is not a traditional bedroom. This space features full-over-full bunk beds and is best suited for children or younger guests.
All traditional bedrooms are located upstairs. The downstairs sleeping area does not have a bathroom directly adjacent and requires a longer walk, which may be inconvenient during nighttime hours.
Due to the stair layout and bedroom configuration, this home may not be the best fit for guests with mobility concerns or for those who require a bedroom and bathroom on the same level. We always want our guests to be comfortable and encourage anyone with accessibility needs to reach out before booking so we can help determine if the home is a good fit.

Climate Control & Energy Saver Notice
The home’s air conditioning system is equipped with an energy-saving feature that helps prevent excessive energy use. If any of the downstairs exterior doors are left open, the AC will automatically shut off.

Please make sure all exterior doors are fully closed to keep the home cool and comfortable. Once the doors are closed, the system will resume normal operation.
