The compact, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom meet all your needs, with access to a shared laundry room to refresh after adventures.
Game Room (Shared Space)
Spark some fun in the lively shared garage game room, accessible with your private door code - no need to remember another code! Test your skills with darts, foosball, giant Jenga, cornhole, board games, or strum the guitar for a moment in the lime light. Be considerate of shared access and follow noise guidelines.
Outdoor Spaces
Savor the breathtaking views in three unique areas:
Outdoor seating: Just outside your door, sit and relax as you enjoy the sunset.
Firepit: Stay warm by the fire not far from your door. A perfect place to enjoy the stars that glide across the sky. Firewood is provided for a $15 nightly fee to keep the wood pile sustainable. Reach out with any questions.
You`ll have private access to the lower-unit - #3 with its associated private outdoor areas. Your outdoor seating and firepit are private to you and are not shared with other guests. 2 parking spots are available to you in the lower gravel driveway approaching the door.
Feel free to explore the hills and valleys behind the cabin. You will find amazing views, desert charm, and some fascinating river rocks throughout. Find the trail up to the top of the hill where you can enjoy an amazing sunrise.
There are spaces nearby that are private to other guests and rentable spaces. Please be respectful of these areas to allow others their privacy as well.
Early check-in or late check-out is $20 each, subject to availability.
We stock firewood at our cabins. To make sure that we can continue to stock firewood we charge a small fee for its use. $15 per night of use to get access to the wood pile. Let us know if you have any questions.
We manage remotely but have local resources for any needs. Contact us anytime!
We are located in a secluded cabin community just East of Todd`s Junction. You will love the clear mountain air and the gorgeous stars in our little neck of the woods.
Parking: 2 spots available on the lower gravel driveway approaching the door.
Directions: We recommend using your favorite GPS app to guide you to the address.
Year-Round Access: This cabin can be found about 1.5 miles off of US-89. From Mid-October to early March we strongly recommend 4WD/AWD and appropriate tires. Chains are a real plus.. We arrange snow removal when possible, but it`s not guaranteed. Spring thaw may bring mud—opt for high-clearance vehicles. Please reach out about weather conditions as your stay approaches.
If Stuck: Bring proper equipment. We can connect you with local support. This service will have its own cost and will be handled by the service provider. If you do not have the appropriate equipment for the weather, refunds will not be considered.
Shared Property: While your interior and exterior space will be private, the Upper unit may have guests. Everyone’s here for peace, not parties. This unit does not have access to a hot tub.
Pets: We love pets! Southern Utah is better with your furry sidekick, so we charge a $60 pet fee to cover cleaning and the occasional chewed-up pillow. Don’t forget to include your pets in the guest count when booking—they’re part of the family! Pets are not allowed to sleep on the beds.
Location: 1.5 miles up a dirt road. Perfect for Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon adventurers, hikers, and stargazers.
Access: You will be provided a door code ahead of your stay for contactless check-in! Most cars manage in good weather; AWD/4WD required in winter (November-March). There will be no refunds if you attempt to make it to the cabin without the proper vehicles. Upper-unit guests park on the west side of the cabin.
Connectivity: Starlink Wi-Fi and smart TVs keep you connected. Stream away, but don’t blame us if the views steal your attention.
Wildlife: You may see all sorts of wildlife during your trip. Please be respectful and do not feed them. If you do see aliens, do your best to not get abducted.
Fire Restrictions: Subject to state/county advisories, which may limit amenities like fire pits.
Surveillance: 5 cameras record audio/video: 4 on garage roof (entries/fire pits), 1 in laundry room.
Shared game room: The game room is a common space. Be mindful of the guests above and noise curfews.
This is a real cabin in the woods — trees, stars, and yes, the occasional spider who forgets to check out on time. We do spray regularly and do our best to keep critters outside where they belong, but every now and then, one sneaks in to say hello (especially during season changes). Think of it as part of the authentic woodland experience!
