Bryce and Zion middle point with Cowboy Hot tub
Discover a peaceful upper-unit cabin between Zion and Bryce, 1.5 miles up a quiet dirt road off US-89. Sleeping up to 6, it offers a king bedroom, a loft with two queen beds, a modern bathroom, equipped kitchen, Starlink Wi-Fi, smart TVs, stunning valley views, wildlife sightings, and maybe a UFO or two. A private wood-fired hot tub adds the perfect stargazing finale.
LISTING SPACE
Set on a hilltop with sweeping Utah vistas, this secluded escape delivers tranquility and adventure. Deer, cattle, and curious skies are frequent visitors—previous owners claimed regular UFO sightings. Most vehicles handle the road in good weather, but AWD/4WD is required in winter.

The modern bathroom keeps things comfortable, and the off-grid hot tub (mid-April to mid-September, weather and fire restrictions permitting) is perfect for nighttime soaking.
Firewood is available for $15 per night.
Early check-in or late checkout is $20 when available.
Pets are welcome with a $75 fee.
