The Space:
Welcome to Buckeye Lake. The best part of the house is what’s right outside. This spacious home sits next to the water with the lake in the backyard, plus a big open great room and large windows that make it easy to soak in the views.
This is a classic, relaxed lake house with modern updates. It is not a boutique-hotel or luxury retreat. If you’re looking for high-end designer finishes and a resort vibe, this may not be the right fit. If you want space, laughter, and direct lake access, you’re in the right place.
The Highlights
Backyard on the Lake: Yard plus fire pit with direct seawall/bulkhead access to the water. Great for fishing and kayaks.
Group-Friendly Layout: Plenty of room for everyone to hang out comfortably.
Coffee Bar: Keurig, drip pot and kettle.
EV-Friendly: Two NEMA 14-50 outlets in the garage for charging.
Bathrooms: 2.5 total. Full plus half on main, full upstairs.

Bedroom (Main): King bed (sleeps 2)
Upstairs Bunk Room: 2 triple bunks, 2 daybeds with trundles, 1 single bed (sleeps 11)
Upstairs Bedroom: Triple bunk plus daybed with trundle (sleeps 5)
Good to Know
Outdoor Fun: Ping pong, cornhole, propane grill, and fire pit provided.
Parking is strict: Driveway plus garage only. No street or neighbor parking.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to all rooms in house except for the closets with staff only signs.
Other Things to Note:
BBQ Grill / Propane
A grill and propane tank are provided. Please note that propane is self-service and we do not refill the tank between stays. If the tank runs out, you can exchange it at a nearby gas station.
If you’d prefer we handle the exchange, we can do so for a service fee plus the cost of the tank.
Lakefront Access
The backyard meets the water at a seawall/bulkhead. There is no sandy beach. Please supervise children near the water at all times.
