No Smoking or Vaping on Premises ($200 to $500 penalty charged if house rule is ignored) Cats not allowed ($500 to $1,000 penalty charged if house rule is ignored) Dogs Friendly (upon approval). If there is excessive amount of hair, an additional fee of $200 will be taken from the Security Deposit to cover for a deep cleaning.
