Situated on Wrightsville Beach’s more low-key Beach Access 10, Luxe Blue is steps away from the beach and within easy walking distance to the shops, restaurants and nightlife of town. Also a surfer’s paradise, this area is known for its wonderful morning/evening surf break. Just outside the villa, Indo Jax Surf Camp offers group and private lessons weekly in the summer.

Luxe Blue’s layout is centered around comfort and smart design.

The top level features a gourmet kitchen equipped with a 6-burner gas range, 10 ft island and beverage bar. The open-concept great room with vaulted 13 ft ceilings flows to the spacious oceanfront deck for dining and lounging areas in the sun or shade. A primary suite with a spa-like bathroom complete this level.

Four additional bedrooms are on the 2nd floor include an oceanfront primary suite with private covered deck and hot tub; a kid-friendly bunk room and two additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed and private bath; the other with two double beds and a private bathroom with a tub. The 2nd floor also features a full-sized laundry room and a spacious TV room.

The ground floor of the property is the unexpected sweet surprise. The large rec space has been designed to create a fun hang out area. Equipped with ping pong, dart board, foosball and a large screen TV, the semi-open air space is an inviting, comfortable place to relax after a day on the beach.

Luxe Blue is an exclusive private townhome and part of a duplex.
The ground floor semi open-air hangout area is not temperature-controlled.
TVs are located in top floor Great Room, top floor Primary Bedroom, 2nd floor TV Room, 2nd floor Primary Bedroom and Garage Hang Out room
Fireplace is not functional.
RING cameras monitor the exterior and ground floor for security.

A starter set of household supplies will be provided to help you get settled in quickly and enjoy your vacation! In the home you will find - paper towels, toilet paper, basic toiletries in each bathroom, dish soap, a few dishwasher pods, 10 coffee pods, and a few laundry pods. Please bring along anything additional you may need for your stay.

Additional hot tub cleaning fee of $500 will be charged for excess sand or glass.
