Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The primary suite is at the back of the property overlooking the backyard and features a king-sized bed/ ensuite bathroom, the other two bedrooms are located on the left side of the property. Bedroom 2 features a king bed and Bedroom 3 features two full beds with a shared bathroom, perfect for kids or extra guests.

*The boat lift on this property is not available for tenants' use. Tenants may dock their boat in the water along the dock only.
*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable.
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
