Available starting December 12th, 2025, newly built spacious, open floor plan pool and spa villa. There will be a total of 4 smart TV's (living room, master bedroom and both of the Queen bedrooms). All bedrooms have phone charging stations, ceiling fans and will have blackout curtains for added comfort. Welcome to our spacious, newly constructed (2024) and beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat with a heated pool and spa just minutes from some of the best Gulf beaches. The house is fully equipped with everything you may need for a great stay including beach gear.
The main living space is spacious and features an open living concept perfect for gathering and relaxing. The large kitchen island has ample space for meal prep and enjoying meals. The living room has a large L shaped couch with room for everyone. The formal dining room has seating for 6. The master bedroom is situated away from the other bedrooms for extra privacy.
The kitchen is fully stacked with all essentials, the coffee station has a single cup/pot size coffee maker, an electric kettle, French Press and stove top espresso maker.
The laundry room has a front loading washer and dryer for your use.
We provide good quality beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and beach toys for your convenience. There will also be a gas grill for your use.

During the cooler months (Oct-Apr) the pool is heated daily to 86F.
The spa is heated from 6-9PM.
Pool lights are set from sunset to 10PM.
Please note: All the window facing the pool have safety alarms.
