~FLAMINGO COTTAGE~ 18+ Adult Only cottage near Duval St

THE PROPERTY: Flamingo Cottage is one of several cottages nestled down a gated
walkway.

Upon entering this two bedroom/one bathroom home, you will discover
the living room adorned with coveted Dade County pine walls, a vaulted ceiling,
French doors, and natural light, all giving the space a sense of openness. A
sectional sofa, small glass table with guest chairs, hardwood floors and ceiling fan
provide a comfortable space for relaxing after a day spent exploring the island. A
kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, sink, countertop, regular drip coffee maker,
and small beverage refrigerator. Off this area is a first-floor bedroom, complete with two nightstands,
lamps and French doors which lead to that Florida sunshine! Just outside this bedroom is an updated
bathroom with tiled walk-in shower and single sink vanity, as well as a small closet. Please note this home
has no washer/dryer at this time.

The unique second-floor loft overlooks the living room and provides additional sleeping space. This fun
area has a window and a bed under the eaves that is flanked by two nightstands
with lamps. Cozy up to an enjoyable book on the reading chair under the skylight. Please note ceilings are sloped.

If you are looking for a laidback island getaway in a well located home, let it be Flamingo Cottage!

BED CONFIGURATION: One queen bed is located on the first floor and one queen
bed is located on the open second floor loft.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: A large, shared pool is available for Flamingo Cottage guests; it is
located at the back of the complex and is surrounded by swaying palms and tropical
landscaping. Loungers are in place for your use.

PARKING: No designated parking. Limited on-street parking may be available in the
neighborhood.

LOCATION: Historic Old Town, walkable to Duval Street, shops, bars, and restaurants.
Enjoy entertainment and a sunset celebration on nearby Mallory Square.

PETS: This home is NOT pet-friendly. (If you have pets, please browse through our
many homes that are pet friendly).

SMOKING: This is a STRICT NON SMOKING HOME AND COMPLEX.

Beautiful property in the perfect location. In the middle of all of the action yet remained quiet, peaceful, relaxing, and safe. The attentiveness of the host was beyond expectation! Prompt, friendly response and extremely helpful. Would recommend and will definitely stay again! I never give 10/10 because there's always room for improvement but I give this a 10!

The location was perfect and the vibe was quaint. The pool was fantastic. The only thing we weren’t impressed by was the low ceilings in the upstairs bedroom. We did not notice that in the pictures when we booked and our son is 6.5 so it made it a little challenging. However, we would still give it five stars because the ambience made up for the low ceiling upstairs.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute cottage, small, clean, great location, quiet, exactly as advertised. Happy with the service until the end when I had a video work call and asked for a 10:20am check out (they have a 10am checkout) and they would not grant it. Made my check out extremely stressful and had to scramble to find a place to do the call. No small favors granted here!
