Hello, I hope you and your family are doing well and safe. To be honest, my property has been unoccupied for several months since I relocated to the United States. The property was functioning properly with air conditioning and electricity, but since guests have been staying there, I have encountered some unforeseen issues. The air conditioning technician confirmed that he had inspected and resolved the problem and even waited outside the building for several hours to ensure that it would not recur. The technician inquired with your father about the air conditioning, and his response was that everything was functioning correctly. Additionally, you have accommodated a significant number of guests in the unit when your booking was for only five guests. I did not raise any concerns or request any additional fees, as it is your family and it is a holiday. It is important to note that staying downtown will inevitably result in noise, as it is a bustling area. Furthermore, the holiday season brings a high volume of visitors, making it challenging to control noise levels. Regrettably, circumstances beyond my control arise, particularly during the holiday season.
