Nur wenige Schritte von Vail Village und den Golden Peak Skiliften entfernt - Sie können direkt nach der Ankunft in der Wohnung parken und müssen nicht bis zu Ihrem Abreisetag wieder in Ihr Fahrzeug einsteigen.

Die rustikale Berglandschaft ist so eingerichtet, dass Sie sich bei uns wie zu Hause fühlen können. Übergroße Ledersessel und ein großes, gemütliches Sofa umreißen das Wohnzimmer mit einem Gaskamin und einer weitläufigen Aussicht, die von Vail Mountain umrahmt wird. Die Küche ist zum Wohnzimmer hin offen und die Essecke bietet Platz für 5 Personen mit Platz für 7 Personen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer überblickt Gore Creek und mit einem Knall der Flügelfenster hört man den beruhigenden Bachlauf.

Neben dem Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein eigenes Bad. Der zweite Schlafbereich verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten aus Holzstämmen. Für die beiden, die schwer einschlafen können, um den Bachlauf außerhalb des Fensters zu hören, gibt es einen Fernseher mit Kabel zwischen den beiden Betten. Auf zum nächsten ..... erklimmen Sie die Holzleiter im Flur und Sie finden ein gemütliches Loft, das den gesamten Wohnraum überblickt.

Sie können Ihre Einkäufe zum Abendessen einkaufen und eine gemütliche Nacht am Feuer mit Brettspielen und heißem Coco verbringen oder Ihre Wanderschuhe schnüren und den Block hoch zum Dorf hochgehen, wo Sie mehr Auswahl an Annehmlichkeiten finden, als Sie wissen was zu tun ist mit!

Wenn Sie das Auto benötigen, befindet sich Ihr Fahrzeug in günstiger Lage direkt vor der Eingangstür des Eigentumswohnungsgebäudes, das von wunderschönen, großen Aspen-Bäumen umrahmt wird.

Excellent location of the unit walking distance to both Golden Peak and Vail Village. I would suggest owner to maybe modernize the furniture but the unit had the accommodations we were looking for. The Parking space accommodates a small or medium size car. Plenty of supplies in the refrigerator and pantry cabinetsFull size bed in the master and small bathroom. Another comment is that if you want to do laundry mid week, there is only on washer and one dryer in the laundry room downstairs that is used by 6 units, so we did spend more time that desired finding the laundry facilities available.But In conclusion we enjoyed the accommodations and location.

Great location and very comfortable stay

Ideal location less than 5 minute walk to both the lifts and the village but quiet at night. The condo is recently updated with well stocked new kitchen and new baths. Owner was great to work with and quick to respond to pre visit questions. Have stayed at several places in Vail over the past five years and this place and location is hard to beat for the price. Will be back!

Great location!

A short walk to either Gondola One, Golden Peak or Gore Creek Trail and right on the bus route for getting to Lionshead or the Vail Nordic Center for cross country skiing or snowshoeing. Well furnished kitchen for cooking and eating in. We definitely recommend this property and hope to be able to stay here on our next Vail ski trip.

Excellent diamond in the rough. Excellently appointed condo in Vail Village. The location is amazing and the work done to the condo is awesome. Our family loved our time here. The owners are awesome and super helpful. The small touches are above any that I have experienced. Can’t recommend this property enough for a fun, quite, easy, and relaxing family ski trip!

Great property with good location

We enjoyed our stay there February 2022, 3 adults. The location is good, a bit away from the noise of the central Vail Village but still a 5 to 7 minute walk to Goldola One in ski boots. The loft is useable for an adult also as long as they are not huge and want to climb the latter. The property is clean and as described. Also not too far from the Transportation Center.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay over Christmas at this location. The property was as depicted in the photos. The owners are responsive and helpful. The location is about 50' from the bus stop, about 200' from Vail Village, and about a 7 minute walk to 2 ski lifts. The gas fireplace was great and heated things up quickly - which was needed when the temperature outside was 3 degrees! Thanks again.

Spring Break Ski Trip

Location couldn't have been better. The condo is right near Vail Village and an easy walk to either Golden Peak or the Gondola. Parking was right out front, but only time we left was to pick up groceries a few miles away. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by. The condo was very well appointed. Picked up over 2 feet of snow while we were there which was the icing on the cake! Randy was very responsive whenever we had questions.

Perfect Vail Getaway

We had the perfect week in Vail! The property was in an amazing location, just steps away from the gondola, shops and restaurants. The condo was comfortable, updated and felt like a home away from home. It was well stocked with paper products, kitchen essentials and toiletries in case you forgot something. We used the free bus shuttle once to grab items from the market in Lionshead. The shuttle stop is right outside the condo and easy to use. We would love to return! Thank you for an amazing trip!

Everything was very good. There was a minor issue with the heat not working as well as it could have, however the situation was addressed properly by the owner. The location is fantastic and the condo was well appointed and updated nicely. I would come back and stay again. The owner Randy was very friendly and did an excellent job communicating with us when we had questions et al.

As described...plus...

Somehow I missed that the 2nd bedroom was an actual bedroom with 2 twin beds, and that the loft was additional space! Perfect! We are very familiar with Vail (both the village and Lionshead). This condo is a 3-4 minute walk to Gondola 1 out of the village. Close to shops and restaurants. There is a Vail town bus stop right at the entrance to the complex, making it super easy to get around town. We had a minor maintenance issue that Randy took care of as quickly as possible. Condo is clean and as described. My family and I had a great time (and the snow was amazing to top off a great stay!)!

Fantastic Apartment with unbeatable location!

My family of three stayed here President's weekend for 5 days. The apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs. The unit is super clean, well furnished and stocked for meal preparation and nights in. The unit is also more spacious than expected. The location is the real selling point of the property though. Right on the edge of Vail village, the stores and restaurants are a couple blocks away. The apartment also affords easy access to both the base of the mountain in the main village, as well as the Golden Peak area where our daughter was in ski school. Randy, the owner, was an impeccable host, who went above an beyond to make sure we were comfortable in their home, even checking in on how were enjoying all the snow we were lucky enough to be getting during our stay. I would highly recommend this unit, and we are hopeful that we return again next year.

Great Summer Vacation

Great family location ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the first time our family had ever vacationed in Vail, CO. Let me tell you, it was fantastic!!! The condo is in the heart of Vail and so close to activities, restaurants, the interstate, shopping, etc. The condo was beautiful and easily accomodated our family of 5. We were able to make our own meals when we didn't feel like going out, had games and movies available for when it rained, and it just felt like home away from home. The weather was comfortable and the scenery so green and colorful. Who knew that Vail would be this spectacular in the summer? We truly enjoyed walking to all the quaint shops located nearby as well. We loved all the variety of trails to visit Betty Ford's Garden, the nearby amphitheatre, and we hiked up Vail mountain and enjoyed our lunch at the grill which had spectacular views in all directions. The mountain did have the gondolas running if you rather ride up and/or down. Our family made great memories here and would highly recommend it to everyone!!

We started coming to Vail in the mid 1990s. We fell in love instantly with both the Winter activities and Summer adventures that were available to us. Our daughters have grown up, spending many moments in Vail learning to ski, snowboard, fish, hike and river rafting.
