Interior Features

Bedrooms:
This property features two spacious King bedrooms, providing ample comfort and privacy. Additionally, there is a Full/Twin bunk bed, ideal for accommodating children or extra guests. For even more sleeping space, the living room includes a Queen sleeper sofa, offering flexibility for larger groups or families.

Living Room:
The living area is designed for relaxation, featuring a comfy oversized couch that folds out into a queen bed, perfect for extra guests. A cozy fireplace adds warmth and ambiance, making it an ideal spot for unwinding in the evenings. Enjoy your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or step through the sliding glass doors onto the water-view deck for a peaceful retreat and beautiful scenery.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking essentials and a variety of spices, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. It features a full-size fridge and freezer, an electric stove, a microwave, a coffee maker, and more, providing everything you need for convenient and comfortable cooking.

Bathrooms:
The bathrooms features a large vanity with a single sink, offering plenty of counter space for your essentials. It also includes a tub/shower combo equipped with a handheld showerhead, providing both convenience and comfort for your bathing needs.

~ Single level home- little to no steps or stairs
~ Parking for 2 vehicles or one vehicle and boat/trailer.
-Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying.
-Do not trespass on other people`s property, this includes docks and driveways.
-Please be careful where you park, don`t block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic.
-Parties and/or events are not allowed.
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke.
-This unit allows 1 dog under 50lbs. Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal.
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit.
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom.
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance.
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old or active military.
- ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies.
- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.
- If there are kayaks or bikes included in the rental, use these responsibly, following all Florida regulations. Not all units under management include kayaks or bikes, please reference the listing to see included amenities. You confirm you are trained in the use of kayaks and bicycles. You are responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from their use.
