This is Cottage #3 in a two-unit building. If you’re traveling with a bigger group, you can book the upstairs - another 1/1 that sleeps 4. Altogether sleeps 8.
And if you need even more room, our property also includes a second building with two 2BR/2BA units (each sleeps 5).
When booked in advance, you can reserve all 4 units to host up to 18 guests — perfect for family gatherings, wedding parties, or group trips.
🚪 Guest Access
Guests have full private access to Unit 3, including the washer/dryer, and designated parking for one vehicle. Entry is via smart lock sent before check-in.
**Additional parking for more vehicles may be available depending on occupancy during your stay, but only one spot can be guaranteed. There is street parking one block away as well.

*Our property sits along a main road, so you may notice some traffic, but Unit 3`s entrance/parking is tucked away in the back courtyard for added privacy.
*Traveling with a larger group? In addition to this unit, there is a private upstairs 1:1 that sleeps 4. There is also a second duplex on the property that collectively holds 10 people. Together, the property can accommodate up to 18 guests when booked in advance.
*Construction* From December into June/July, there is active construction occurring on a neighboring property; although as of this update in Feburary the project is starting to wind down and focus more on interior work, its still an active construction site... Work schedules can vary and may occasionally include early morning hours.
While this activity is outside of our direct control, we remain in communication with the construction management team and actively advocate for compliance with all applicable city noise and work-hour ordinances. We believe in full transparency so guests can make an informed decision.
If you are particularly sensitive to noise or plan to sleep late, this may not be the ideal fit. Please feel free to reach out prior to booking with any questions.
We are a pet-friendly property but do not have a fenced yard. Dogs must be leashed and walked outdoors. Pets are not permitted on sofas; protective covers may be provided. Additional cleaning fees may apply if furniture requires excessive cleaning due to pet hair, odors, or accidents.
Parking:
Parking is available on-site for one vehicle. Additional parking is available 1-2 blocks away on the street. There may be more parking on the property IF the other units are vacant. Please reach out to us to discuss if you have more than one vehicle.
Please be mindful of other guests when parking and allow space for easy access. 🚗

Please treat the home as you would your own — clean spills promptly and place trash in provided bins.

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
Lock doors and windows when leaving the unit.

Furniture must remain in the unit — no moving inside/outside.

Report any damage or issues promptly so we can address them quickly.
