Nestled on a scenic channel of the Intracoastal Waterway, this waterfront oasis serves as a year-round retreat. Perfect for small groups or two families, this home presents a charming central base for your next coastal vacation. Enjoy the breeze from the privacy of one of the spacious decks. Stroll three blocks to the beach or sample the local fare with restaurants, shops, cafes, and wine bars less than five blocks away. Head to the pier and enjoy some shopping and putt-putt. Or, check out the nearby park to let the little ones burn off some energy on the playground and track. With boat and bike rentals available, you can explore the waterways and scenic surroundings at your own pace.

The spacious and sunlit interior provides a central entertainment hub in the center. Unwind for movie nights in the welcoming living area, or whip up your favorite beach snacks in the full kitchen, which offers a Keurig and a traditional coffee pot. A dining table hosts game nights or delectable meals together.

All the bedrooms have TVs. Added perks include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and an outdoor shower.

Fantastic stay

This place is literally one of the best places on the beach. It’s close by to shops and restaurants, pool is refreshing to come back to after a day of the hot beach, plenty of room for everyone (10 people), and the ice maker down stairs was so helpful with coolers. 10/10 would definitely stay again and hope to in the future!!

Fantastic place

It was an amazing stay check-in was the easiest it could be, literally across the road from the beach, the pool was very nice, plenty of space for everyone (10 people) there was even an ice maker down stairs for help with filling coolers. Close to a variety of stores, shops, and restaurants too usually a 10-15 min drive. Overall 10/10 I will definitely be trying to stay here again

Loved the house, location and pool. We did have problems with the TVs not staying connected and we could not get a few of them to work. We killed a few wood roaches and a water bug roach. May beed to have the exterminator come spray. Everything else was fine.

This home offers the easiest access to everything without being directly on the beach. The services that are offered make for a nice stay - such as trash can take in and out and the local management team who are eager to help with all questions and needs!

Incredible Stay!

We absolutely loved the house! It had everything you could want! It was a very short walk across the street to the ocean! The pool was our favorite part! The outside bar was amazing and the indoor pool room was decorated perfectly for friends, family and fun! We even loved the washer and dryer set!

Perfect home

My family and I came down for a long weekend vacation. This home was perfect. Plenty of sitting space, generous about of bath towels and rags provided, very clean and the use of the golf cart was nice for quick trips to the store. This home is situated right between 2 public beach access areas which made going over to the beach a breeze since we didn’t have to hassle with finding parking. We all enjoyed the outdoor area and pool.

Great house that is pet friendly in a dynamite location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tipsy Rooster (two couples, two dogs for reference). The location is incredible - simply cross the street to get to the beach, two minutes to the grocery store, etc...we joked that we had a long drive to breakfast one day because it was eight minutes away.Everything about the house was top notch but I will share this for multi-family renters: downstairs is more of a parents/kid type of space because it's essentially a "loft". The bed is open to the stairs and the only downstairs bathroom is IN the downstairs bedroom. Again, this place is 10/10 which is why we rated it so high. The pool is immaculate, the dog area in the backyard is super convenient, and it's a 45 second walk to the beach. What more could you ask for?

We had a great trip. We even extended our stay by a day! My complaint would be it is definitely dated and needs a good deep deep clean. Felt like the surface was touched well but attention to detail was not great. Perfect location, the pool was awesome. There is no nugget ice maker as pictured so that was a bummer but we would definitely stay again!

Great house and location!

All I can say is this place is great! It is an old beach house with all of the charm and great upgrades. The location is the best right by the beach and central to everything. The pool is amazing, someone came and cleaned it mid week so it was clean the whole time we were there. The kitchen was more stocked than any rental I have ever had. Tesla charger was great! Will definitely be back, don’t let the below 4 star reviews scare you. You can’t go wrong with this place and price.

Tipsy Rooster is perfect!

First of all, we highly recommend for dog parents. The owners are obviously dog lovers and their home really caters to that along with the cute dog themed decor. The pool was amazing and they even have a gated designated dog area along with a poop scooper to keep the area clean. Honestly, all you would really need is your clothes and toiletries because this house is very well stocked. We have never experienced such convenience and top notch quality in a vacation home. All while you feel at home in this small piece of paradise. I am writing this while on my way home from this trip and we are grieving because we had to leave. The home is currently for sale and we hope that the new owners will continue to rent it out and offer the same amenities as the current owner. We will most certainly be staying again if available.

Not again

Needs a really good cleaning, both bathroom faucets and shower heads need replacing. Downstairs toilet leaks, way to much clutter on countertops in kitchen and in cabinets, we couldn’t get the door to lock, bath mat and kitchen sink mat are nasty, upstairs shower liner has pink and black mold, pool trash can full of beer bottles… I think you get the idea.

The experience was deeply unsatisfactory, with numerous issues throughout the home. The property looked nothing like the online photos & felt neglected & overpriced. Cleanliness was the biggest concern — the floors were so dirty that our feet turned black within minutes of being in the house, & the floors were covered in sand. Dust was thick on fans & vents, & a used tampon & Taco Bell wrapper were found under the bed in an upstairs bedroom while looking for our child’s pacifier. The kitchen was much smaller than pictured, with a cracked window, outdated, mismatched cookware, & a general sense of neglect. Bathrooms were dirty, with moldy shower curtains, hair on the walls, & barely functioning shower heads. The upstairs beds were uncomfortably hard, drawers were too dirty to use, & the downstairs mattresses were in questionable condition.The living room was much smaller than it appeared online & lacked the decor shown in the listing, leaving only screws in the walls. The laundry room had outdated appliances. The pool was filthy on arrival, & while cleaned, it was quickly ruined again by lawn workers blowing grass into it. Advertised outdoor features, like a grill and TV, were nonexistent.In short, the home was misrepresented, poorly maintained, & not worth the cost. I strongly advise avoiding this rental.

Great Location; Decent House

We chose this place for the number of bedrooms, the proximity of the beach, the pool & how lovely the place looked in the pictures!! The proximity to the beach was better than we thought-for some reason, walk across & you’re there! I loved not being so close to the majority of restaurants & such. The pool was nice & we spent every afternoon in it! We had 6 people plus a toddler & there was plenty of room for us. Love the down stairs area to keep beach items & such. The second bath being through both bedrooms downstairs really makes the place a 1 bath..not always convenient to walk through-our case was a sleeping toddler. Now the cons. If you’re a visual person like me, the pics of the place are out dated with inaccurate representation. In the kitchen photo you see a small keurig; I messaged asking if there was also a regular coffee maker & was told no so we brought one. Walk in to see 2 regular pots & no keurig. One of the pics shows a grill…2 nights were grill nights which we bought food for. NO GRILL…sorry! So we had to go buy 2 hibachi grills. We had to call maintenance because the tub upstairs was leaking water into downstairs room- the company did address this right away. Lastly all the cameras by the pool area not disclosed. Personally we don’t like the feeling of being watched. All in all the house met our needs & we loved the proximity…was it worth what we paid for 4 days? We go back & forth but would not stay again.

Close proximity to beach!

Such a quick stroll to beach. Even convenient to run back for potyy or snacks. Ice machine was a life saver. Perfectly sized pool and patio. Appreciated the fans in each room. The Keurig was great. Several things stocked that you wouldn't expect, like dishwasher soap, cleaners, toilet paper, etc. Vacuum, broom and mop helped kept away errant sand. Comfy living room and beds. Golf cart was lovely for quick rides to ice cream and store. Kids and adults loved basketball and floats for pool. Great communication from Vacasa. Several TVs with streaming for evening gathering. We didn't cook much, so appreciated maximizing the living room space over kitchen/dining. Note that there are 2 bedrooms downstairs-I thought one- and the bathroom downstairs is accessible from garage and other bedroom through the other bedroom. Not a prob, but whoever is in that bed has to be willing to have people come through. My sweet old dog was able to come, as well, and appreciated the doggie bowls downstairs. Nice washer dryer set. Recommend bringing a basket to carry laundry. Plenty of towels. Bring pool towels. A great week for 3 couples, a kid and a baby.
