This home is perfect for a small family or small group of friends with comfortable furnishings and has been exceptionally well-maintained. Dry entry under the home. The large kitchen is perfect for cooking up a seafood feast, and guests will enjoy convenient amenities such as an OBR pool pass, free unlimited long-distance calling, and wireless high-speed internet for their laptops.

We loved the open floor concert, the concrete car port, the top deck views, the spacious kitchen and the comfy beds. Updated bathrooms were also gorgeous! Very convenient to have the washer and dryer in the kitchen. Outdoor shower spacious and large shower head a plus! Easy walk to beach - we’ll be back!

We loved everything about this beach house! The inside was spacious, bright and cheerful. The outside porches and decks were so nice for outdoor gatherings. And being pet friendly made it perfect for us. We highly recommend this house. We will definitely rent this house again the next time we vacation in Avon, North Carolina. Outer Banks Perfection

Most wonderful stay at a lovely and comfortable home. Just a short walk from beach in a fun neighborhood. Midway to everywhere: Ocracoke, Roanoke and plenty of fun in between! Will definitely stay again and hopefully for a longer time :)

House was very clean. Very spacious. There was a counter between kitchen and dining room with enough outlets to charge all of our devices. Beautiful view of ocean snd beach from the top balcony. Short walk to the beach. Would definitely rent this houses again. Bathrooms a little outdated, but I believe the owners are updating the house this coming winter.

This was to be a pet friendly rental, it was not clean, multiple visable urine stains on carpeting throughout the house, then the cockroaches, with roach traps in every room, so obviously a know problem. I contacted the host and was given no options for a different rental or partial refund. Very disappointing stay.

Relaxing and Peaceful

We are a family of 5 from South FL with the majority being surfers. The location was perfect! 3 minute walk to beach, close to Avon Pier, and easy drive to anywhere else you may want to go in the OBX. The Observation Deck is amazing! There are three showers we only used the hall shower and outdoor shower, the master is really not useable. The place could use a litttle updating but overall we enjoyed ourselves and would stay again!
