Inside, oversized new windows bring the scenery right into the home, showcasing panoramic views of the ocean, New River Inlet, marsh, and surrounding coastline. The bright, open living spaces are designed for gathering, with plenty of room to reconnect over meals, games, and long conversations while the water provides the backdrop.

Behind the property, a peaceful pond, marsh, and bird sanctuary create a natural buffer from the rest of the island and provide a front-row seat to local coastal wildlife. Just steps to the north, the New River Inlet is a favorite spot for fishing and watching boats make their way between the river and ocean.

Best of all, getting to the beach couldn't be easier. Simply step outside and walk directly to the shoreline without ever crossing a road. Spend the day swimming, searching for shells, fishing, or exploring the tide pools before heading back to the house to rinse off and relax.
