Holy cow this place was newly updated between our booking and lodging which was a huge pleasant surprise. The house is super spacious and really well equipped - the beach is as close as it gets and is a nice private slice — there’s only one house immediately to the left and then it’s a rental agency so you’re really not sharing with as many places as you may normally. Location is otherwise awesome directly across the bridge. You’re three minutes from Provisions for eating (love it there) and the food lion, shops, putt putt, (small) waterslides, etc. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Awesome home

Perfect Annual Vacation

Plenty of room for our family. Good location close to the bridge. Only real con is the carpet needs a good cleaning. Lots of spots throughout the house, either from spills or pets. Will definitely stay here again!

Annual vacation with in-laws and daughter

My wife and in-laws have been going to Holden Beach for years. We missed a couple of years and had to stay at Oak Island because we couldn’t find a house on the beach found this house last year booked that we had a great time. I did go online to book it For next year and I noticed there’s a significant increase so I’m gonna wait if we could book the house for the same price now I would book it spacious

Fantastic!

Of all the Vacasa homes we've stayed in over the last few years, this was by far the best! The entire house was extremely clean and the location was fantastic, right on the beach!! The house was very well appointed, we'll laid out and we loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for homemade meals. Would definitely recommend and will most likely be visiting again!

Great stay

Great house on the beach. Management was great to work with. Arrived after dark and no lights worked underneath in the parking area. Sent a text and they were working to update them the next morning. House was clean with everything you need for cooking a great meal. Would stay here again.

Very adequate

The kitchen was well supplied with appliances, dishes, Paul Revere cookware, and plenty of utensils to use. Beds were made. Linens and bed covers were of the best quality- and not worn out. Rooms were decorated with good taste. Plenty of seating for relaxing and eating. Wonderful location. Will definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.

Perfect Home

This home was absolutely perfect for my family. Had absolutely everything we needed for the stay, only negative comment I would have is the twin beds are kind of hard. The others are like laying on a big pillow. One of the best beaches we've ever visited. Private and lots and lots of shells. Will definitely be back in the near future.

Dated but lovely

Our weeklong stay was wonderful, and there are only a few nitpicky things (and some cleanliness issues) that could’ve made it any better. The kitchen and baths are in desperate need of updating. The shower door in one of the upstairs king bathrooms was stuck, which made it very difficult to give our baby a bath. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked; however, much of the silverware and cooking utensils were dirty and/or rusty. The dish drainer was stained pink, like mildewy pink. There were visible stains on the bed pillows and the comforter smelled like feet. None of this ruined our trip, but did make me work a little harder for our comfort. The cleanliness issues are definitely an issue with the cleaning team and not the house itself. Overall, I would probably stay here again. Having two rooms with king beds was a huge draw for us, and it seems to be hard to find for an affordable price at HB!

Just Beachy

First, I would like to thank the property owners for sharing their home with us. We LOVED this little gem! Pros: The VIEWS. There are windows across the entire back of the house for constant gorgeous ocean views. Close proximity to the beach with your own private boardwalk with outdoor spigot and shower. Upstairs and downstairs oceanfront balconies with rocking chairs. Beautiful oceanfront views including green vegetation and sand dunes. We even saw a herd of deer, in the sand dunes directly behind the house, during sunrise one morning, and they were so beautiful. Comfortable furniture for relaxing and spending time with family or watching TV. A spacious kitchen with plenty of counter space plus an island. The kitchen is stocked with all the pots, pans, silverware and cooking utensils you will need. A dishwasher. A long table for family style seating. Large capacity washer and dryer. PLENTY of linens available. Extra blankets available in the closets. Separate climate control for upstairs and downstairs. Cons: No grilling allowed. No garbage disposal. I would rate the internet speed as moderate, and the TV would frequently freeze during streaming. There is Tubi on the TV, but no local channels or sports channels.

Beautiful home

The house was beautiful, the furnishings were very comfortable. I loved that the living room chairs swivel and rocked, and you could turn them to look out the window or sit in the living room with the group, pull up people and converse. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with appliances and utensils. There was not one thing that we needed for our group of eight meal preps, that was not in the kitchen. The view was spectacular from both decks. The water pressure in the showers was awesome. Plenty of towels, wash clothes, and the bed linens were soft, warm and clean. Both king beds had very soft mattresses.

Very nice place !!

We stayed here for our annual all guys fishing trip. The house is nicely equipped, roomy and served us well. One thing we were surprised by was the outside garden hose spigot under the house was plumbed to HOT water that was a first for me ! Overall it was a very nice stay.
