We understand how disappointing it must have been to arrive and find multiple issues unresolved. Since your visit, all concerns have been addressed. The insect problem has been treated by a professional service, the outdoor furniture has been repaired or replaced, and a new grill has been added. The refrigerator, TV, and second-floor vanity sink are all now fully functional. The bathrooms, including the first-floor shower, have also been deep cleaned to meet our standards.
