This is a very hard review to write since it was confirmed with VRBO that we were the hosts first guests and we checked in on Christmas Eve. This house has a ton of potential. Make sure in your details it states inside and outside shoes preferred.We could take off shoes from front door but outback to inside we struggled. Bathrooms need to have hand towels, wash cloths and towels. Bath towels were in laundry room. 3 Wash cloths in entire house and no hand towels. We don't want to have to find the stuff for the bathrooms. Kitchen needs things for convenience, baking sheet, oven mitts, dish towels and bigger dinner plates. Note that fridge water and ice come out of different areas. Have extra blankets around the house for sitting on the couch relaxing and end tables on the side of the couches would be a plus. Very pet friendly but the yard had a ton of debris and random things in the yard so the dog could go to the bathroom but could not really wander in the grass and there are great opportunities for a dog to roam. House could us a broom and dust pan and maybe a vacuum. We would have loved assist in cleaning up the dog hair on the floor prior to leaving. I would suggest a professional cleaner.It was clean but not hotel clean. Remove all the personal items bar soap, shampoo, mouthwash etc. Label all the light switches. There are a lot of them Instructions on how to plug in the patio lights. Welcome book with instructions would be nice. Again, great house!
