My first time staying at this Cousy place and I don’t have nothing else to say other than it was a great experience with the tenant and the place it’s exactly how you seen it at the advisement pictures. Great place, Great price and very centric area this is 10/10.

I want to share my experience with the host.This property was misrepresented when I booked it and I only found this out before check in timeI told the host that I was an 80 year old, still recovering from a spine surgery, and was expecting elevators. I was simply told by the host “I am very very sorry!”. I wanted to make sure that the host had misrepresented this in their listing and that I had not misread their description. So, I took a picture of their listing, shared it with the host and told her I was rightfully owed a refund. I also said I would be open to settling this issue of between us, but got no response. So I contacted VRBO. In the meantime the host went and changed the listing, which now says that there are no elevators. The VRBO representative, who saw the images of the listing (before and after the changes made by the host), felt this was clearly misrepresentation by the host, and that I should be eligible for full refund. VRBO canceled our reservation since we had not checked in & said they would contact the host.The next day, I got an offer of a partial refund from the host, but the host still wanted me to pay the cleaning fee!So, now it is over two days now, I am still waiting for communication from VRBO. And I have received no refund from the host. My recourse is to let folks know of my experience and perhaps now get the credit card company involved!

Amin that is not true. I encouraged you to contact VRBO to get your full refund because as hosts, we do not receive the full payout, we only receive a portion, VRBO takes has processing fees that gets deducted before we are paid…and I would not have been able to pay back the full refund of $459 that you in fact received from VRBO. I only asked to cover the cleaning fee. You never disclosed that you were 80 years old, I am just learning that from this review. This review was inaccurate and unfair. I communicated with you during the entire process, sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and you were fully refunded. I also updated the listing to make sure this miscommunication does not happen again and I shared that with you. I simply said that went back to my listing to make sure that it was clear there are no elevators for future guests and you stated that you understood. My intentions are never to deceive anyone. Have a good day
