Welcome to my home there is a quiet and peaceful house for maximun 3 people with a beautiful landscape.There is a partial house (Lower Level and First Level )of a Fourth Level of a single house. Owner is living in the Third and Fourt level of the single house. My house is ready to serve you. I am very Happy to host you at my house. House is close to Dc Area with 30 minute drive.

Nice place in a residential neighborhood. Chairs at kitchen and dining room tables are not too comfortable. Host is nice to work with.

Tidy and Helpful

Mojgan was always available to help and the place was super cute and clean. Everything needed is available in the kitchen to make meals. There was a snow storm while I was visiting my mom nearby and Mojgan prepared the walkway, shoveled snow and dug out my car - Very kind!

neat and clean but noisy tenants

The property was neat, clean and well-appointed. My only issue is there are tenants in another part of the house with an adjoining wall and ceiling, and their sounds can carry quite loudly at times.

Great place to stay

Stayed at Mojy’s place for just over a month this past fall. The unit has everything you need and I didn’t have any problems during my time there. The one downside was that you are unable to adjust the temperature, but the host was understanding and adjusted the temp when I asked.

Comfortable and affordable home base in NE Montgomery county

Mojy's basement apartment is a comfortable and affordable home base in the northeastern Montgomery county area. I and a colleague stayed there for the whole summer while we worked in the area temporarily. The place has all the amenities necessary for an extended stay: full kitchen, pots/pans/etc., washer/dryer. The common room / living room is quite large, and the beds are comfortable. The floor tends to be cold because it's a basement, so bring some slippers to wear inside even in the summer. Mogy is a friendly host and is very accessible if you need her as she lives right upstairs. One time the smoke detector was beeping for a new battery, and Mogy came down with new ones before I even got around to asking her. The entrance to the apartment is fenced in and private. There's plenty of on-street parking and we had no trouble with that all summer. The neighborhood is very clean and well-kept with low traffic---good for a pleasant evening walk. If we work in the area again in the future, I would book Mogy's apartment again.

Enjoyed our time, close and convenient to family

The property was as described. Beautifully decorated and the kitchen was just what we needed to prepare food for our son's weddinf reception. The smoke alams were a little sensetive, but we figured it out with the screen and vents! The kitchen was fully stocked, although we brought our own pots and pans. Would have saved us some space (lol). There are a few areas that I would like to give feedback on. ●I understand the need for "bnbers" to take their shoes off at the door, but I think that having to take shoes off outside is not always convenient. ●The sound barrier within the house was a bit challenging. We could hear walking, tv and phone call sounds. ●The home owner controlled the air flow in the home. She did turn on the air when it was requested. At night, the heaters were great to have. I would stay here again, and recommend to others visiting family in the area. Ty💐
