Escape to your slice of paradise with this luxurious beachfront condo. The condo is steps away from the soft, white sands and blue waters. It offers stunning ocean views in a peaceful atmosphere. The spacious condo has been fully remodeled, featuring upscale amenities and coastal decor to create a charming, relaxing space for your perfect beach getaway. Enjoy the sound of the waves from your private balcony, stroll along the beach, unwind by the pool, and sizzle your favorite meals on the charcoal grill.
This beautifully renovated, 1,492 sq. ft beachfront condo comfortably sleeps 8 guests. Relax and enjoy the refreshing seaside. Our 3-bedroom unit consists of two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom. Each king bedroom is set up suite style with a sofa. The primary bedroom is ensuite with a double vanity, shower, and walk-in closet, featuring access to the balcony. Wake up to the sounds of the salty waves and views of the white sands. The additional king suite-style bedroom has direct access to the second bathroom, which features a double vanity and tub/shower. Both king bedrooms have an ottoman that can pull out to use as a single bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed. All bedrooms have smart TVs.
The panoramic view from the balcony is sure to provide countless breathtaking sunsets. The spacious balcony has two high-top tables and four chairs to soak in the fresh seaside air and enjoy a cocktail during sunset. The kitchen is well-equipped with glassware, cookware, bakeware, and utensils, and will make any chef happy to stay in for dinner, or you can order take-out to enjoy around the dining table. There is also a dual-purpose granite counter that can be used as a desk workspace or a dry bar to mix your favorite hand-crafted cocktails. The living room is large enough for any game night, including a 70-inch smart TV perfect for catching the can’t-miss action of the big game or watching a movie. There is a full-size laundry unit with a washer and dryer inside the condo. This unit also offers 8 beach towels, a Pack ‘N Play crib, a highchair, and a beach cart with four Tommy Bahama beach chairs for your sunny beach days.
This third-floor condo is located on the south side of the building. Two parking spaces are included with the rental of the condo. The elevator access building offers unmatched amenities: a year-round heated pool, tennis, and a pickleball court, all located just steps away from the sand & the Gulf. The location of the building is suited to all interests: dining, shopping, mini-golf, karaoke, and endless adventures. A coffeehouse and convenience store are located directly across the street. The building is within a 5–10-minute walk of various restaurants like Coco Wood Grill, Dunkin`, Backwaters, Kenny`s Korner Restaurant, Pajano`s Pizza and Taphouse, and Khao Neow Sushi Thai Lao, to name a few. John’s Pass is a stunning waterfront boardwalk just a short drive away. With jet skis, boats, parasailing, shops, and restaurants, John’s Pass offers something for every member of your party.

We provide a starter supply kit. Kitchen: a paper towel roll, full dish soap, fresh sponge, 3 dishwasher pods, and 3 laundry pods. Each Bathroom: 2 rolls of toilet paper & 2 hotel bar soaps (we have dispensers in the showers that provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash)
A signed Rental Agreement is required for each stay prior to Check-In. A link for this agreement will be sent at the time of booking.

Is the pool operational since the storms?
Yes! We reopened on January 25th! The pool is fully operational, and the beach is open! Anything that was impacted by the storms has been replaced new. The property looks great, and most local businesses and restaurants have reopened!
Does the building have an elevator?
Yes, it is located in the middle of the building. There is a staircase on each side of the building as well. The condo is located on the third floor.
Do you provide beach towels and beach gear?
Yes, we supply eight beach towels. The unit also has a beach cart equipped with four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and sand toys.
