Please be advised that our property is currently undergoing important restoration and improvement work designed to enhance your future experience. This project includes updates to balconies, walkways, building exteriors, stairways, and other concrete surfaces.



Enjoy fresh coastal breezes on your private balcony at this Gulf getaway. You'll love the popular Water View complex - a centrally located hideaway overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. Take a dip in the heated pool after sunkissed days on the shore - you're 50 steps from sugary white-sand beaches.



Inside you'll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with generous counter space and many handy extras. Kick back in the open living area or unwind in the plush primary suite. Thoughtful perks like a private washer/dryer and provided beach gear add convenience to your stay.



Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.



During your stay, you may notice the following:

• Occasional construction noise during daytime hours

• Limited access to certain outdoor areas and balconies

• Temporary closures of balconies while repairs are in progress

• Changes to walkway access routes around the property

• Active work zones visible in some common areas

• Potential for minor debris related to construction activities

• Potential pool, hot tub, parking area, and common area closures

(Pool, hot tub, and parking access will be available at Quiet Waters when Water View facilities are closed)

The pool was closed along with the hot tub. Management responded very poorly. The property was under heavy construction! Should we even got into the bugs? We were very disappointed.

Wonderful accomdations

We were so impressed with this condo. It surpassed our expectations with the cleanliness and location, supplies and layout. The fishing docj and ocean are just a stones throw away. Fishing was great and it is a beautiful rental!

Great friends getaway

This was a great property for traveling with another couple. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, so there was a lot of privacy. Then the shared space was very nicely decorated and very comfortable. The listing was completely accurate. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Indian Shores Vacation

Looks exactly like pictures!

We had a great time staying here! Our boys loved how close we were to the beach and also loved the pool & hot tub! We also spent time at the fishing pier but didn’t get a chance to catch anything. Still had a great time and saw some fish and dolphins from the pier. We had a wonderful time and would love staying here again!

Waterview at Indian Shores, FL

My family rented this unit at Indian Shores. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It was especially nice to have use of beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach towels. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the local residents were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely rent again!

Winter get away

Since I retired early last year, my family and I decided to take a winter trip to Florida. Although the weather wasn’t as warm as we would’ve liked it, the condo was fantastic. The location is great, and there are quite a few things within walking distance. Everything we needed was at the condo. We had beach chairs, pool, jacuzzi, comfy beds, tvs in every room and easy access to the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice Amenities & Modern

Had a great stay! The unit included beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler which was great since we had flew in for this trip. Unfortunately, Red Tide was terrible at the time so didn't get to enjoy the beach as much. However, really enjoyed the pool and hot tub when we couldn't be at the beach. Definitely had everything that you needed to make it feel right at home. Would highly recommend!

Family get away

My wife and I alone with our two grand kids wanted to find a beach front rental. We found the perfect place. Great view of the ocean and only steps away. It was a pleasure not going to a high rise waiting our turn for an elevator. This was by far the best beach rental that we have had. Will definitely be back

Gorgeous Condo on Indian Shores

My family & I have stayed on Indian Shores for the past several years in different condos each year. This unit was, by far, the most enjoyable one. We have always stayed in beautiful units, but this one was just my taste, shabby chic, rustic & beachy all in one. Meticulously clean, and ideal location. The water view only in name, commercially rented nothing personal, no local menus, no note from past tenants not a pencil or paper in the unit. Poor cooking utensils and pans, all bifold doors broken all but one sliding door worked.

Spring getaway

Balcony door in one bedroom was broken, tv in other bedroom didn't work and I assumed by the description of the room that we were going to have a water view. That we didn't. We had no way to dispose of our trash, the bin doors were locked. The property and surroundings were beautiful.

Great Condo

Great location which had everything you need to stay in and cook or near restaurants to eat out. Loved the look in the afternoon as it was shaded so refreshing after a day on the beach. We loved all the decor and comfy beds. The only con was it got a little hot at night. Ceiling fans would be a great future enhancement. It had beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels and a cooler. Perfect as we flew. This is our first time in the area and we fell. In love with this unit.

Good for the price

The place was OK, the pictures did not accurately represent the place. The renovation was lipstick on a pig, but there were many things that were very bad. The shower and tub grout had mold, locks on doors were broken, and the customer service was terrible because nobody ever reply to our multiple requests for information.
