Amazing condo

This is an amazing condominium, located just besides the beach, there are restaurants, market and bars. We didn't use the pool because beach is pretty close. Aparment has everything you need for cooking and be comfortable, plenty towels, cookware and also Tvs. Definitely i'll come back. 100% recommended

A wonderful location,very close to the beach with a spacious layout and clean well kept interior. Nice view of the channel from the pier and a pool as well. Also includes all the toys one needs for a day at the beach! Overall great property!

Perfect location beautiful property

Our family of 5 stayed here in March 24. We absolutely loved it. We spent our time at the pool, walking around town exploring, and playing at the beach. The mini golf right there is so much fun too. The condo was amazing, clean, bright, felt safe. Pictures were spot on. There was a bin in the office area filled with beach toys which was an added bonus. We would most definitely stay again!!

Great week with the family

We stayed for a week at Barefoot beach and had a great time. This is our second time staying here, and we really like this place for its amenities and location. Really nice pool and very close beach access. Gas grills are located throughout the property for use. All together a very good plave to bring your family or just as a couple.

Snowbird Stay

This property is perfect for a little beach stay — 2 minute walk from the beach and also has a pool! I felt super safe the entirety of my stay as the community consists of so many nice snowbirds! We made use of the trolley system to get to and from places for super cheap! This condo had rooms that were all connected which was super nice. The only down side of this condo was that we were only given 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 trash bag. Once we were out, we had to purchase our own, so that wasn’t super great in my opinion as we could’ve stayed in a hotel for cheaper with unlimited supply. More towels would have also been nice as there were only 6, and we had 6 people staying for a week long. The hosts also took usually a week to reply to their messages which wasn’t super convenient as we didn’t hear back til the end of our trip. Overall, we had a great experience and I would recommend!

Florida stay for work

Overall the condo is as described in an overview. Clean for most part. There are stains in some of the sheets. However, There are a few details to note. 1. If you like showers, the other reviews are true. The shower will go scalding hot or cold. No in between. Not a big deal for us, but is if you like showers. 2. The pans are difficult to clean and even the previous pans had spots on them. 3. The AC went out but that was just normal maintenance that was addressed very timely. The AC has a lock to 72 as the lowest setting. 4. We were never provided a parking pass. As I was here for work, it was a decent place to lay my head and take care of needs. Not conducive for an extended stay.

Good stay overall

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was as described, and the pictures were accurate. The location was convenient to the beach entrance and community pool. There were standing fans and drying racks, which helped since there’s no dryer in the condo. A couple of feedback items: Most of the beach equipment is in bad condition and not usable. And while the unit was clean, it could use a deep cleaning of the floors and finishes (doors, baseboards, etc.). We had issues with the shower water temperature suddenly turning to scolding hot during showers, even when set to a low warm temperature. We reported this four times during our stay, but no one followed up or came to resolve the issue.

Overall we were lucky with good weather and had a wonderful time with our 5 year old grandson.

Everything was as stated. I found the bar stools somewhat uncomfortable and hard to sit on. The area rug had lots of stains and looked like it needed cleaning.

Great location and value!

We booked for 10 days with 1 day notice as we were touring the area and house hunting. It was a great value before the snowbirds come in and we were able to walk to the beach and to the intercoastal very easily and had easy access to all the restaurants in the area. Would definitely recommend this area and property.

Beach house!

This beautiful place is located in a perfect spot to enjoy the many amenities it has to offer including the amazing beach that has its own walkway to access it. They also provided beach towels, cooler, beach cart for our belongings, umbrella, beach chairs, sand toys which made everyday so convenient. Our family enjoyed the vacation we were looking for and would definitely recommend this place for anyone. Thank you for the experience!
