The condo was beautiful! It was spacious and perfect for a large family vacation! It’s close walking distance to the beach and shops. Communication with host was smooth and easy. We had a wonderful time!
Watching the sunrise from the balcony was breathtaking!

The property was beautiful and just as advertised in their online ad. Very clean, very well stocked. Great view off the balcony-we saw dolphins every morning we were there! Great location. There are shops and bars and restaurants very close by. We were there for a family wedding at the Hyatt nearby but wanted a place where all 6 of us could be together. So we mostly visited family and attended the wedding events while we were there. Will absolutely stay there again if we're back in the area. Good value for the price.

This condo was beautiful and so spacious! The view was beautiful and balcony was our FAVORITE SPOT! We did get the opportunity to watch some manatees one afternoon. The communication was easy and all went smoothly. There were numerous beach chairs and beach towels which was great. The kitchen was decently stocked but some Tupperware would’ve come in handy. The master bedroom mattress was extremely sunk in on both sides which left us with lack of sleep…but really that was our only concern. Unfortunately it would prevent us from booking it again if it wasn’t changed. But…hoping it’s top of their list to change out so we can book again! It was such a convenient and perfect place and location. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Spacious condo, great location.

Large, comfortable condo within walking distance of everything we needed. Saw dolphin off the balcony and walked across the street for sunset. Pool was small, but that didn’t bother us.

Clean with good location.

Clean, good location. Dolphin viewing from deck. Needed more than 2 rolls of TP for 4 women!! Cleaning staff came 4 hours early. Deck curtains and rod were on the floor when we checked in. Microwave appears inoperable. Closet doors kept coming off the track.

Terrible communication

I booked this property through vrbo and the host was managed by Vacasa property management. I was very upset and disappointed to say the least regarding their communication and cancellation policy during a catastrophic hurricane. 3 days before hurricane helene I had reached out to vacasa letting them know everyone on the island was being evacuated. Never once did they inform me of this change until 10min before check in that I was not allowed to go to my vrbo. I was in contact with them multiple times and all I was told is that it did not matter if I was able to get to the condo due to mandatory evacuation and that I was not getting a refund whatsoever. I was told by one of their team members that the owner should not be out of their money just because I could not make it to the island because it was closed. I was only offered to change the dates of my reservation within the next 15 days knowing that this Vrbo area in Clearwater was in complete devastation. I was also offered another property that would not even remotely match the closeness of the beach which is understandable but that is not what I paid for. I demanded refunds multiple of times but they kept refusing. I made multiple phone calls to Vrbo regarding the host and they assured me with their extenuating circumstance policy they will work on a refund. Ultimately I got the refund I’m assuming on behalf of VRBO so I am thankful for that. I will never book a place if I ever see vacasa property management as the host.

There were 5 women for weekend getaway, It was perfect. There were plenty of beach chairs and towels. If you have kids, there's a nice beach wagon and toys. unfortunately no umbrella, it must have broken. Beds were comfortable and has everything you could need for long or short-term stay. Toaster oven & a reg toaster, Keurig coffee pot, Blender. The bathrooms had plenty of linens and shampoo/cond/body wash dispensers. Hot water & pressure was great. Cut close on Toilet paper. 2 Full size hairdryers with attachments (i.e.diffuser) Security was good, although it would have been helpful to know what the keys and passes were for, there were No labels.There were 2 parking passes, They said there was one assigned spot, but didn't tell us which one it was. There were 2 passes that we figured out were for the pool. Still have no idea what the other 2 were for that had two different keys attached since all the entry access was by passcode. When we tried to contact host, we just got what seemed like generic computer responses with no detail.That being said, we were thrilled with our unit (402) large balcony & view was great, saw dolphins. pretty quiet considering we were so close to all the action. Shepherd's great for music and dancing. pool is small, but clean. Walk to the public beach is a few blocks, not right across the street. right between hotels is pvt.beach. Highly recommend eating at Frenchy's South Side. Crabby's NSM, but great for sunset. Def stay again!
