From November 1- April 15 please be aware that the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing on neighborhood roads is provided by local vendors and intermittent. Cottonwood Lodging does not have control over snow plowing. DO NOT TAKE UBERS OR LYFTS TO THIS PROPERTY. Check in is from 4pm-8pm to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming and note that this home can accommodate ONLY 1 vehicle.
Winter Guided Arrival:
- At the request of the neighborhood to ensure that no one gets stuck or lost and disturbs the locals, a staff member will meet you on the main road and guide you to your property. Please plan to check in by 8pm at the latest to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming. Please do not arrive on your own even if you have stayed with us before. This keeps a positive relationship with the neighbors who appreciate it.
Milly 8752 is managed by locally owned and operated property manager Cottonwood Lodging Company where the guest experience is most important. Please reach out for information about the area and other services offered by Cottonwood Lodging.
NOTE: GARAGE IS NOT AVAILABLE - ONE EXTERIOR PARKING SPOT ONLY. Milly 8752 is the downstairs apartment of a larger home that may be occupied by the homeowners during your stay. The apartment has a separate entrance from the main house.

Milly 8752 is the lower level of a private home, offering its own private entrance, driveway parking for one car, and everything you need for a comfortable stay in the mountains.

Gather in the inviting living room with three plush couches, cozy blankets, and a Samsung Smart TVâperfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The open layout flows into a dining area with seating for eight, ideal for shared meals or late-night board games.
Modern Kitchen Made for Gathering
The fully equipped kitchen features a large island, electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a fridge with water and ice maker. Whether youâre whipping up a quick breakfast or a family-style dinner, this space is designed for convenience and connection.
Room to Relax and Recharge
- Primary Suite: King bed, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, standalone soaking tub, and separate shower.
- Guest Bedroom: Two queen beds on the bottom and two twin beds on top, oriented to face each other for a fun, communal setupâperfect for families or groups.
- Sleeps 6â8 comfortably.

It doesnât get more convenient than thisâ ski access to Milly Express is just a short walk up the road! Spend your days carving through powder and your evenings relaxing in your private mountain escape.
