Everything in the villa is all yours to use.
Other things to note
We don't accept any parties nor smoking. We do have a firm $500 penalty that will be effective immediately if any rules are broken.

Check-in, Guests will complete their check-in at the reception/front desk.

Keys are provided for the storage room door to lock your belongings in but must be returned upon checkout to the reception/front desk.

Parking is on the street. Each villa has its own assigned parking space.

If the property is left in a poor condition, there is an additional cleaning fee that will be charged. The fee is based on what the cleaners charge me.

Please gather all trash and place in the trash bins located outside the Asana complex, have all dishes running in the dishwasher or hand washed (leave out to dry), put all dirty towels in a pile and tidy up the rooms and leave the sheets on the bed. Please throw away all items in the fridge as well.

There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.

There is a noise ordinance from 9PM - 8AM
