Amazing 7 Br house with inground pool.

White Bear is a 2-story house with a BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE POOL! There's 7 bedrooms, outdoor seating, eat-in kithcne dining area, and a grill (charcoal). There are 2 front porches and a large paved area on the back of the house. After a beach day and cool pool dip, enjoy evening breezes in the rocking chairs of the covered upstairs porch. Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED. Sorry, POOL CANNOT BE HEATED.

Plenty of parking and motorcycles/trailers are allowed. Parking capacity varies based on size of vehicles or additional trailers, but generally, 6 cars would fit in the driveway/grassy back side of the house. It's just steps to the beach, but also a great option to rent a local golf-cart and enjoy cruising around with the kids or grandparents, to get ice cream, or the neighborhood park. Within a few blocks you will easily find mini-golf, restaurants, bars, beach stores, ice cream shops, downtown Main Street, local marinas and local parks.

*Please Note - reservation requires minimum age of 25. Groups must consists of half adults over the age of 25. Adults must be present on property from arrival date to departure date, to supervise and accept responsibility for group

This 5000 square foot home has a downstairs kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are on multi-levels, w/ an interior stairway joining the two floors.
The interior offers a fully-equipped kitchen, making meals a great family experience. Full sized washer & dryer in the walk-in laundry room. Just steps out the front door and the beach is across Ocean Blvd. to the white sandy shores. White Bear is a wonderful private oasis with everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable and memorable stay.
