We always travel to 30A for vacation! We have stayed in multiple homes. This home from booking to check-out was better than any of our other rentals! The house was very clean, communication was amazing, the location was perfect! I really can’t say enough good things about this home! We will definitely be booking again!

Casa Verde is perfection! Lots of room for everyone to gather together. Kitchen is large, everyone has their own bathroom, decorated so beautifully. Very close to the beach and the chairs, wagon were so appreciated. Can walk to some cute boutiques also. Tamra was a dream host. Everyone in my party called me a genius for choosing her house.

We enjoyed our stay at casa grande. The house was well stocked and cozy. I loved how close we were to the beach and the Gulfview snack shack (good food and ice cream). The host was wonderful and had a quick response time when needing to communicate.

The hosts were very helpful before and during our stay. The house was well stocked and included anything you might need for a family. The home is located close to the beach and pool. We were greatly appreciative to the hosts sharing their beautiful home with us.

The home is very comfortable, beautiful decor, and spacious. The washer and dryer was a big hit since we had four families staying in the house. The walk to the beach was easy and the shops and dining were within walking distance. Our family has been going to Florida for 19 years and renting property. I am so glad we found this home, it is a gem. If you are looking to rent a four bedroom home, this home is a must for you. Everything I read in the reviews were factual and accurate. Tami has the paper goods stocked and they are of good quality not the ones you can see through. Also, she has all types of spices stocked for your convenience. Tami was so cordial and prompt in communication with her. Again, you must rent this home.

Home Away From Home

Great place. Clean and stocked with anything we needed. The property manager was great with communication and doing anything she could to make it a great stay for us.

Great place to stay

We had a great stay at this house. It was located close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The house was clean, well stocked and had beach equipment to use. Recommend getting a golf cart for your stay:)
