"Sea Grass" House 7 Br with inground pool

The "Sea Grass" house is a perfect setting for your family reunion and other gatherings. This 7 Bedroom house is located only 2 short blocks to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. On the closest corner there's an ice cream and hot dog stand with sidewalk seating, a giant beach store, and Molly Darcy's Irish Pub for lunch or happy hour on the ocean front sun deck, all within just a 5 minute walk.

The kitchen is located on the lower level with granite counter tops, new cabinets, full-sized appliances, and abundant dishware for cooking a great dinner at the beach. Dining seating around the table is just off the kitchen. Stackable washer/dryer located upstairs in guest room. Bed and bath linens are included with your reservation, beds will be freshly made upon arrival, kitchen and bathrooms will be supplied with paper products and hotel size soaps. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV.

Great family reunion or group space with a small private pool to dip when you have had enough of the hot sandy beach. There are rockers on the shaded front porch with views of the ocean. Sorry, POOL CANNOT BE HEATED.

Parking for 4 vehicles (mid-size) but less space if all are large SUV type. The city does offer a dozen or so local "street" parking spaces within the immediate block area, but none of these can be guaranteed because it's first come first serve basis for the public and beach goers.

*Please Note - reservation requires minimum age of 25. Groups must consists of half adults over the age of 25. Adults must be present on property from arrival date to departure date, to supervise and accept responsibility for group.

We give weekly and monthly discounts. A $1,000 security hold is released 3 days after check out if no damage. Beach towels not provided.

RESTRICTIONS:
* No Smoking. $200 cleaning fee if smoke has been detected
* No Pets. $500 fee if pets or pet remnants are found
* No Loud Noise after 10 PM. $50 fee if security is called
* Minimum rental age is 25 years. Groups must be comprised of half adults over age 25
